App always crashes, never works consistently, every month I have end up putting in all my information. You can't even sign up for stuff like check deposits or anything it's basically a balance inquiry for your phone
I don't know if it just me, but I always have problems with the app locking up. I have to go and uninstall then re-enstall it again and again. It is very frustrating!
Absolute Garbage of an app. Use it to do mobile deposits of my pay and the app will lock me out if I'm not logging in frequent enough. Can't reset your credentials either unless you speak to a live person. Leaving this bank soon as I get home for another.
This bank and its app sucks. The app always makes u retype password.. this bank dont let you get your money, like other banks do.. you have to wait til payday to get your hard earn money. Money they didn't work for.. other banks deposit it after 9pm the day before payday. But not this bank. They charge you twice.
why does the app never seem to work correctly? constantly having to uninstall and reinstall. I call customer service at least once a week and all they tell me is that they are "working" on it.. I'm almost to the point of switching banks.
This app is always crashing! Not really reliable, at all! THB needs to fix it ASAP! How can the bank be trust worthy, if the app doesn't even funtion properly!? 🤔
The app is constantly not working! It doesn't except my password and it created one for me that was strange so I'm going to change banks, this is ridiculous!
App is constantly just going to white screen instead of password. Does it for days, then magically opens again. Times out way too fast.
Easy-to-use I have never had any problems with this app! For those that has had problems with it make sure you have signal.

Won't let you log in, has happened to several people I know who use the same bank and app, we now have to log in online to check our balance
this is the worst banking app ever created. constant problems,password reset, and login delays. this app sucks !

Deposited money in my account around 4pm, app still doesn't show my deposit in account at 9pm.
The mobile deposit sucks 👎🏿. Yoi may as well go stand in a crowded line on Friday's At least you will have your check deposited or cashed without having to wait 2 hrs for a mobile deposit 🤬
Crashes alot locks me out as well
This app is horrible! It never works for a long period of time. I've downloaded it multiple times and evertime it crashes with no apparent reason, then your password constantly fails. It's supposed to be convenient but going to the ATM to check your balance daily or weekly is ridiculous!
