Doesn't load product pictures unless you choose to personalize one - should be able to see all of them while looking through vs wasting that much time to see them. It also keeps saying it needs updated but there is no update, so now it doesn't work at all.
I'm unable to update hostess/party information. Pictures don't show up unless you personalize. Android phone
So helpful! I use this app multiple times a day. I use it to place orders and save order/personalization screenshots to text to customers. I get auto-updates about orders and news from Home Office. I'm so glad to have this app so I can still work while on-the-go and out and about. It's so useful! It's helped me be more efficient with my time.
It needs help we can't update and i have a hard time making parties it won't save and has errors
App constantly throwing error codes when trying to access products for purchase. No cart in pass or No cart passed in and other things for month and months now and nothing has been fixed. App also is very slow and there are issue with Hostess reward additions as well.
My chromebook was working fine until I installed this app for Thirty-one and now it crashed everytime I log into my account. How am I supposed to run my business when this keeps happening? Someone needs to get this fixed and quickly!!
This used to be my to go to for my business but for the last 2 months the notifications do not work. I am bummed because I miss out on team celebrations or order celebrations because I haven't checked my email often. Hoping the issue is resolved soon.
I love the app but would be much better once the bugs are worked out. For example, I can't place market place orders on the app atm.
**Update** updated 2nd time today and still just a white screen. Updated, shows the 31 logo then it just stays on a blank white page and never loads anything.
Terrible update! No longer receiving product availability notifications, and I have to enter my password in order to then use my fingerprint to log in?!? What??? Ridiculous!
Half of the site doesn't work! Cant place a market order, says everything is out of stock. But I can go in and place the exact same retail order, and oh look, it's all in stock. Seriously Thirty-one get it together!
Love the app, its very convenient for orders and parties on the go. But I'm not getting notifications anymore! 😞 That was my favorite function on the app!!!
It worked fine until my last update. Bow i go to put an order in and i click on a category and it crashes. I cant view any products.
I love the app, however ever since the update I've not been able to add anything to the cart through Marketplace. Really need this fixed so I can order.
The app doesn't accept my login sometimes. I also don't get the option for chat services as well as no notifications sent to me about products or shipping
It's good except some updates cause the app to mess up! Would love it to be more like the browser app too.. but other than that I can manage my business good with this app!
Isn't up to date. Can't search very well. Only thing it is good for is the notification of when customers items are shipping
Love the app! It's easy to use and quick when you need to show a customer a bag with the price.
App no longer sends notifications after last update.. all my settings are set for notification but it will not send any
App worked just fine b4 the update and now i barely get shipping notifications or alerts. Pain in the booty to place orders on the app now since the update too.
Please give the option to stay signed in or at least to save the password. Having to log in each time is painful.

It will not work anymore on my phone. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. I get an error message.
This company sells junk!!! My bag ripped after 6 months and they refused to stand behind it. There's only a 90 day return policy so after that you're out of luck. Don't spend $75 on a bag that will rip from the seams!!!
Worked great until latest update. Now keeps freezing and the flower just spins.

Could be a little easier to use and shouldn't have to go to a separate place to get hostess orders

Good app for on the go. I can create parties while I'm out of town and away from the computer.
This update is terrible when adding specials I cant look it up by item number I have to scroll thru all items. Such a waste of my time. Also in marketplace same thing. I just want to get in look up item number and add to cart. Please change it back to before!!!! I only enter orders from my phone. You have just added a lot of searching. It's fine if it's just a few items but I have a $1200 party to enter.
