Ok yesterday I posted a review of one star because all of the sudden this app wasn't working even after I renewed my subscription. I reached out to the developer and they responded promptly. If you have an Android as I do even though I have this app on auto update I had to go into the my app store and manually update the app once that is done then the refresh option after renewal of this app worked fine. 🙂 Now I'm a happy camper again this app helps keep me organized with my hours.
The app does not keep total hours for the calendar year. It does not cover all jobs and the pay rate is not accurate.
Seems to be a glitch with this App. Have to delete and reinstall weekly for the license to be valid. 02/08/2022 Purchased a 2022 license a week ago. App work until today, now it wants me to repurchase. Help much appreciated. Thanks
It's very handy, I'm just wondering if android users can get an update. I've seen the iPhone version and there seems to be a few bells and whistles they have. Do they pay more? I'd gladly pay the same price as them

after paying for 2022 it will not function. Even after pressing the refresh button.
Have to pay and deal with adds. If I pay for an app I should not have to deal with adds.
Love it, no complaints at all, for me all features work fine on my phone, always save to ur sd card once a month. This app beats writing it in job,hours,flop. I do miss the timebook 🤔 🧐 I dont even notice the ads till i read the other reviews🤔
App is great until my phone was stolen. I got my replacement and downloaded the app on my new phone. I still owned the the license for that year yet lost all of my hours and progress info. I contacted the developer and he told me that the info was on my old phone and i would have to save it to my sd card from the previous phone in order to transfer to my new phone.... HOW SWAY!! SMH
Good app, as a clerk it's great no more doing my time card by hand. Just hit submit and done once a month. There was a few issues at first but they seem to fix any issues pretty fast.
It's good for calculating hours, but the pay amount is wrong! If your going to have an app for people to subscribe at least update it when pay rate changes.
Not a big fan of the ads but ok. Also the new monthly feature at the bottom tab I'ds too crowded, overlapping words. Not legible. Samsung Galaxy 7. Thank you.
The app is not working for 2022 I have talked to multiple people with android devices and not working even after paying renewal feel. Everthing is there except not counting hours for the last week of december and all of 2022. Also not able to import csv files in as well.
Hasn't worked right since 2022 started. Renewed the license and all but the hours aren't registering in the total year to date part and none of the holiday dates show up at all.
Why do I have to deal with Google ads in something that I'm paying for and have paid for for years? If I got this app free I would not have an issue..otherwise this app works very well and would get 5 stars.

You dont charge for a app and have adds. It's one or the other. Apps with adds are supposed to be FREE! Hope ads go away.
Overall the app works well. Kinda don't like that it now has Ads now. Would be nice if just like the travel hrs/pay, there would be a line to add PGP for the week so total #'s for ytd would add up. Please consider adding this! Thanks
The app works great. However I do notice some jobs are missing, such as Flex DS or Flex Swing if you're using S21+ galaxy device . Compared to iPhone?

Got a new phone and of course none of the information traveled try to export and import it wouldn't move toward off the app said it wasn't available to do so now I have no idea what I had cuz my phone is destroyed
Great app but need to be able to restore if you lose your phone or have to update.. So you don't lose your work
Pay rates are off for lcl 4. I heard rumor of an update but I have not received it
Stopped calculating total hours and pay. Won't update pay rate with increase in hours. Even after update does not have a 2019 option.

Does what it's supposed to and when it didn't I reached out to them directly from their website and got a response back via email with an update pushed through overnight. It's always best to try and reach out to independent developers directly instead of instantly giving a bad review when things are not quite working properly. They need our support more than the big corporate developers. Thank you for developing such a useful tool.
