App didn't download to mobile homescreen and doesn't appear in apps list. It's installed but you can't access the app unless you search via the website link. Annoying!
Added my trip, but trying to view the details of it crashes the app every time. Also hasn't been updated in over 2 years...
This app is complete junk, crashes every time... Not updated for years, do not bother!
Keeps stopping when you try to go further than just the basic summary, so not really much use at all

Crashes non stop
I can't get past step 1, Add a Trip. After submitting the required info, the I never get past the Processing message.
Disappointed with this app which hasnt been updated in 2 years. Unable to add a new booking which seems like a basic requirement to me.
Garbage customer service. I've tried to contact company twice using the app's "Contact Us" form - no response, no even confirmation email about message received.
Very frustrating app. I'd purchased a rail pass with Eurorail and I cant add likely route and save each one. Nor does it tell me which trains require an additional seat reservation, which it claimed to do when I purchased my railpass. More info on google maps regarding the same schedules... Very annoyed
Was unable to pull up schedule information for the routes queried, never returned data.
The software doesn't work, my order number not found. I sent e-mail to support several times and not come back to me .

First impression: tried to add a trip, and the app crashed right away. Mobile software isn't something you can just sweep under the rug. If your software is bad, you'll lose customers. Catch up!
