Payment for your chosen subscription of the My trainer Carmen app will be charged to your Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Your Google account will be charged for one month renewal of $13.99 USD and for one year renewal of $89.99 USD within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period respectively according to the plan subscribed.
Subscriptions may be managed through the Play Store and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Play Store subscriptions after purchase.

I love Carmen's workout style and the videos in the app to make it easier, but the app itself is poorly designed. Glitchy and customer service is bad. It says there are 3 programs available but mine only shows one. I've talked to customer service multiple times and they won't refund my money,or acknowledge or explain the glitch. I tried deleting, re downloading, making a new account- my app is still missing features. Bad customer service and Carmen won't reply on Instagram, shes seen my messages.
The workouts are awesome but the app messes up everytime there is an update. I usually have to uninstall and reinstall, and even then my progress tracker hasn't worked properly for months. It's extremely frustrating when an app continues to fail.
I paid for an entire year subscription in October. Now my app says that it is expired. I have contacted Googlepay and my subscription is still good. I am waiting to here back from the app. In the mean time, have to find a new workout!
overall app is great! love the workouts. having problems with the current update that happened on February 26th . keeps saying I need to pay the subscription when I already did.!!!! Customer service takes VERY LONG TO reply including Carmen !
I love Carmens workouts and want to continue using this app. However Customer Service is lacking. Was given a new PW and that didnt work and I replied back to IT. Still over a week and did nkt hear back from them. Plesse HELP!!!
The app was working okay at first, but for the last week it won't open. It crashes immediately. The workouts were great but I def do not recommend getting this app. Need a refund asap.
Hi, I've been charged 2 payments for the past 2 months of this app membership regardless of had deleted the app and had cancelled my membership on Oct. Can someone let me know who am I supposed to address this issue please? Because this is ridiculous! Thanks. Amanda
I loved the other program, it was easier. Now that im trying to cancel. Y subscription dosen't alow me and say that my email it's not recognized 🤦♀️
Carmen is amazing and her workouts are amazing, everyone should follow her on Instagram, but DON'T GET THIS APP. The developers, Plankk are terrible. Carmen gets 5 stars. Plankk gets zero.
The workout videos won't load properly, I've reinstalled the app several times.:(
Why doesn't this app have a "home" or "gym" options?! The app claims that it's home friendly but is it?? I don't have these equipments just laying down at home!!

There is always something new and challenging to work on day by day, easy to follow and work at your own pace, plus it's very affordable... take it anywhere inside your house, gym or even outside in the backyard or at the park..
I love this app! There is something about checking off workouts that I dont have to write myself that helps to motivate me to get it done! I love Carmen and have completed 46 weeks of the main plan and utilize her HIIT regularly. Highly reccomend!

Wasn't able to use due to flooding and access to the internet. Google and the developers wouldn't refund or extend the subscription. There is no way to download to use. I am disappointed because it was a waste of the year subscription I bought end of Nov. :( completely bummed. Now I am kinda back on our house still dealing with repairs and have internet. Hopefully I can download the app still and try to use it for the next 6 months or so. Wish i could use it for a year like i bought.
I ordered the My Trainer Carmen app approximately nine months ago. I purposely ordered the three month option because I knew I would not have access to my gym during that time. I was under the impression that this was a selection for only 3 months and after 3 months it would be over. Since that time, I have been charged EVERY three months, not just the 3 months I needed it for. The wording on the subscription selection is suspect. In fact, when I reviewed my bank statement and saw "Plankk, 29.99", I didn't even know what it was and had to research further to figure it out. I then had to further research to realize that when it is stated that after a free trial, you will be billed, this also means that when choosing ANY subscription, you will be continuously billed. Legalese...it'll get ya' every time. I already know the arguments that will be made, but I will no longer be using Google Play. That was not good customer service at all. I hope they enjoy the 29.99 x2 that I overlooked.
Really disappointed with how I was charged for this app. I signed up for a free seven day trial and later on purchased a 3 month subscription for $14.99 from a link in her IG profile. Somehow Google has been charging me $12.99 a month on top of this and when I contacted the apps support team they said I would have to get the refund from Google. Isn't Karmen getting this extra money? Why can't I get a refund from her? And how am I being charged from two different companies for one single app? I thought I was paying $14.99 for three months and now have paid $53.96 instead. Very disappointed. I've been a long time admirer and am now very turned off by this whole experience.

This is not a review since i have never used the app jet. But i have a question and dont know where to go to ask. After the 7 day trial if i really like it can i get the yearly subscription instead of the monthly one??.

I loved the previous iteration of this app. It wasn't perfect but it was easy to use and got the job done. So many great workouts before! This update has been really rough and I can't even use the app. Total Body workouts show up for upper body or and booty workouts for core. It won't skip past rest days so I'm stuck in one week because the app won't advance forward. I currently have a 3 month subscription but I probably won't renew it if these bugs aren't fixed. It's unusable.
