I initially gave the app the follow ing review with a 1 rating "Rubbish.... i have emailed them explaining the many faults but still it doesnt work..." But they have fixed the issues and a recent claim was easily submitted via the app and i had excellent communication so i couldnt leave the rating and review as it was because it did not reflectvthe reality now. Well done for the improvement... thank you 🌝

Downloaded the app and as others have found, the app would not accept my policy number. Disappointing as it could have been really useful.

Useless, the email address for help just keeps pinging back. I need to extend my insurance for 2 weeks and this App is no help

Not able to create a user name/password. I typed in my policy # and was asked for a pin, but not given an opportunity to create a new user account. Got an error with "invalid policy #". Finally just uninstalled the app.

Log in is required to access any part of this app. There is no way to register or create an account. Totally useless app.

Waste of time. Asks for policy number but mine is alpha/numeric and no way to enter the alphas. Very bad design.

Unable to create log in, wouldn't take policy number and I had no pin # unable to fine email contact without adding policy #.
