you can't even connect to your account. It says that the password is incorrect even after reseting the password.

the application keeps asking for an upgrade every week, which is annoying. You can not buy a new offer if the current one is not exceeded and when is does you cannot open the application anymore because of the internet connection!! no sense in this part please fix this issue ASAP. From a security overview the password does not accept special characters which leads to create a weak passwords. The security policy is not respected. conclusion, the application is promising but has some issues.

Hate your annoying updates, it keeps bugging regularly also

Keeps asking us to update almost every week. This is getting on my nerves. Just ridiculous TT!!

Your app is great. But stop forcing us to update regularly. It's start getting annoying. For that reason I retrieved you 1 star and the second star is about not being able to activate my internet package before I finished the current one. And to be able to renew my internet package I have to be online. That's nonsense to me! Hope to hear from you soon.

Not working (white screen) again with a new phone :)

On the contrary of what everyone else says, this app works fine and it does what it is designed for. I have been using it for over a month to pay my internet bills and to manage my simcard. Dont hate the app, hate the company who's delivering 60% of the internet bandwidth I am paying for.

This app is absolutely dysfunctional from the get go! it doesn't even allow me to register. How come that a huge IT and telecommunication company like TT isn't able to create a damn app?! Shameful

Application is utter trash, registration doesn't work and it's just a waste of time to even try. Would not recommend, definitely.

The weakest internet in Tunisia after its experience in more than 20 states, of course, this internet cannot be used for anything ☹️ Please do not disturb me in a way in order to use your service. Weaker internet in 2021 ... Before I put a comment, I tried the Internet everywhere in Tunisia And there is another thing when you go out of a city at a distance of 10 km and there is interference in the normal call 🤔 What is the use of using your network and your internet very bad Thank you

I like this app its great

Despite some performance issues, the app makes the payment relatively easy

Too much updates with no explanation, and if the app misses any update it immediately stops working forcing to user to download an unasked for update

The app asks for an update while there's none available on play store

You can't even activate or deactivate most of services. What's the point of the app

Simply does not work, application crashes on startup on Note 8.

I advice everyone in Tunisia to download it and use it. Very useful app.
