I have been using this app for years. I like it very much. Now I have a different medical group, and do not know how to change over to it from my old medical group. I can't find anywhere to do that on the site. It is my only complaint. If someone reads this and can call me that would be excellent.
Easy to link multiple providers .. very helpful in scheduling COVID vaccines when demand was high
While waiting for test results from your doctor's office this app is very useful
Once I got my username an password all corrected i switched the app from my phone to tablet an yes much easier to read n I saved a lot of space an data off my phone great 😃👍 feeling happy an confident about the app now
I want know why can't login my account if u guys fix a issue. I try multiple times reset my password and work fine until I used the same new password but didn't work on both the website and app. And keeps telling me error all the time
Your photo and storage permissions are preventing patients from uploading anything. It's very frustrating.
Love this app! Everything I need at my fingertips... appointments, billing, messengers, etc. Love it!
It's great way to communicate with your doctors. See your appt and review your after visit some. Pay bills and it's paperless free.

Recent update keeps kicking me off the sign in page but I can sign in on the recovery page. Why? Harder now to get the information I need

I have been working with the outpatient psych department. The 2 best Drs. I have ever seen in my long life, Dr. Seegan and Dr. Ing. Have through there extreme expertise in this field have not only superb but their discernment is truly a gift. Dr. Seegan and her team saved my life. I can't say how grateful I am. Dr. Carol Kim, well I will be a lady... Please don't see this Dr. She almost killed me with her choice of medicine. I am not exaggerating. You wanted my opinion, freedom of speech.

It’s important but not easy for me.. nobody helps me to knows about it

Terribly developed app
one day at school i was bassicly joking around about booming a school as a joke because im a jokester and all my teacher thought i was crazy so called the police and fbi and i was messing with them 2 being like fbi open up! you know anyways i got into uci a lil bit for that and the 1st thing when i got in there you guys wanted me to do was undress in front of you all, i said i really dont feel comfortable doing that i told you guys but you guys just forced my clothes off me i felt a traumatized
Can't continue because it gave three high school to choose from that I graduated from, non of which I did. Then it gave three social security last 4 digits to choose from, non matched, then former employer and one matched. Then came up with mortgage loans, I never had one and current car loan from 2018, never had any. I believe they have me mixed up with someone else and was never able to complete the process and open the app.
