Total Ripoff!!! Will not load. Unusable. I paid $75 for a 1 Day photo pass while at Universal Orlando resort on 12/1/21. I have yet to see a single photo. I just emailed customer service asking for them to email me my photos or give me a refund. Next step is a Visa Card Services Dispute. Also, there was only 1 photographer in the entire park at the entrance. What! !,@%!$*&!!! The Disney Photo option was great, BTW!
Have used this on previous trips with no problem, how this trip the app didn't work, so I was unable to view my pictures. Upon viewing them at home some are missing and some are locked and I can't download them. No phone number to call. Very disappointing
It'd be cool if I could actually look at my photos. But there's a constant server error. As a passholder who purchases the photo pass every year, this is super frustrating.
Servers down and error ridden. This appears to be the same as the amazing photos app. It had the same problems. Both websites are also down. I haven't been able to see a single photo all week unless I'm at an in park kiosk.
It is absolutely ridiculous for the servers to have been down for at least 2 weeks at this point. If you can't maintain your servers, don't sell photo packages... Half the time the photos taken on rides cut your head off anyways.. and there are hardly any photo spots around the parks. If you haven't bought the package, don't buy it....
If I could give a "0" stars I would. It is beyond RIDICULOUS that you continue to have "server" issues. I purchased a photo package on 10/29/21 so I could download them when I got home....to date NOTHING!!! No resolution, no ETA as to when photos will be up. According to USH the only place we can access/view photos is at the park itself?!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! With the amount of money guests pay to get pics - you would think the servers can be fixed ASAP!!
I love having this app. I gave it only two stars because it only works for a day or two at a time. after day two, the app response is that the account doesn't exist.then you have to go on a PC to get in and change the password and or email.
$109 to have nothing but server errors. No one in the park can provide any information and the tickets say I will lose my photos after 24 hours. We have tried the app on both Android and iPhone with no success.
Server offline for more than a month. Still no eta for customer access... For a company of your size, servicing soamy people, associated with UNIVERSAL STUDIOS! That's wildly unacceptable. Sorry you got bit by skimping on IT . I'm 110% POSITIVE you had IT staff telling you on a daily basis your system was on the brink. .. lol still another month to build a new server? Tip: if you spent an appropriate amount of money on your infrastructure, you could have this fixed in a week or two, not months
App DOES NOT WORK. If you want access to your pictures you have to log directly into the website, not the app, although I pulled the website up on my phone just fine.
App doesn't work, it just keeps trying to connect to server but it stays frozen there.
Servers have been down for over a week. They are being ridiculously slow fixing this problem. Update: Over a month later and still not fixed. The Ceo of this company should be investigated for embezzlement. They bring in huge amounts of money a year and none of it goes into the company.
Purchased a photo package for my trip first week in November. Was not able to access it for weeks due to the site being down. I finally get in and all of my pictured are gone. Contacted customer service number is disconnected. Do NOT buy any packages.
Server issues.. paid over $100 for the photo package and have yet to be able to see any of my photos due to a server error everytime I try to open the app or use the website! Been going on for days.
It worked for one day. I cant believe I am unable to see any of my pictures. What was the point in buying the photo pass if I cant get my pictures!!!
While i love the online option the app is not working. I cannot redeem some cards from my trip or download to.my.phone easily. Please fix the app
We have an annual photo package and Haven't been able to access app, add pix, use website to view photos . This is ridiculous
Always says unexpected error with server. Can't do anything. Can't access photos I've paid a lot of money for. Going to dispute the charges since I cannot access what I paid for.
Was able to download photos easily. Sometimes the screen didnt fit correctly on my phone so I couldn't search until I got on the computer.
This was my daughters Make A Wish trip. I can't get any photos since there November 2 and 3rd. I would really love to download these memories asap. Any idea when this app will work?

I took a photo at raptor encounter today. I downloaded this app to see how it looks. QR code scans but nothing happens. Waste of time
Have been waiting 2 weeks to access my photo pass photos. Save the money and don't buy the pass as nothing works and it was an absolute wastr
Does not work for Samsung Note 10+ this app used to work well.

Servers have been down since the end of October. I paid for a 3 day photo pass for our visit in mid-November. Only a few photographers in the park. Can't see pictures except in the park. They offered nothing for the inconvenience. False promises that it would be fixed. They couldn't download pictures to a disk in park either. Total ripoff.
