Unable to complete the request. That's all I ever get when I try to log in with the app. I love the concept of informed delivery. I check it on the website daily. The app would be a super convenient upgrade--if it would let me log in. Never had a problem with the website. 1/8/22 Just downloaded an update. When I launched the update, it said "the program has been discontinued". Ugh and aaarrgh!!

Really like being able to see the day's mail before it shows up and the app generally works for me. But there are two major problems with the app. First, I never get scans for mail delivered on Mondays (or the day after holidays). The app (and email) shows a count of unscanned mail items (which is often wrong). Second, there is no way to zoom in on a mail image to be able to read it better. It doesn't even switch to landscape mode to get a larger image when I rotate the phone. Please fix these!

Problematic! The services it provides is worthwhile, but the execution is very poor. The app locks up sometimes and often will fail to load. What really irritates me is not being able to use the phones back button to go back, like every other app on the planet does. The back button, for some reason, will close the app. You must use the '

Doesn't work on my S9 anymore. I have reinstalled in several times with no luck. I just installed it on my S10 work phone just fine. It was a test to see if it would download and work and it did. I need it on my personal phone. Would be nice if you could fix whatever the "glitch" is with the older phones. It's a very useful/convenient app to have when it works! I miss it!

I can certainly see how useful this app can be for some, it's nice knowing your mail is coming to you. What I can say is that this could use a good revamp in the user interface, a smoother experience with the inferface, a black/dark mode option for the people with OLED screens and the option to have your notifications to come from the app itself instead of text or email. Other than that, I think it's good at what it does.

The app has several problems. 1) If the app was previously open and I attempt to reopen it sometime later, it crashes. I have to force close the app out and reopen. 2) The refresh button at the bottom doesn't seem to work, and is always in the future. For example it's currently says it was last updated 6 hours from now. 3) Pressing the back button while looking at package details exits the app instead of taking you back to the list of packages. That is INFURIATING.

It shut down nearly immediately when I clicked create account. I tried again. It worked. If I actually want to do anything I ever care about, it redirects me to the website & makes me log in all over & work from there. The app is a waste of space on my phone, & I'm stuck here for half an hour listening to their blasted music screech at me while I'm on hold, all over a package their website can't find, which the app can't even try to find. I want to schedule a redelivery. It should be simple.

The setup account process was easy. I signed in. It asked to send a verification code to my phone via text. I entered my phone number, and hit send. It replies unable to verify. Please, reenter phone number to send code. It did send it the first time. It still won't let me get in. It keeps me in the endless loop of sending the verification code. It's a lost cause. I'm deleting the app. It's totally worthless.

Overall it's a decent app and does the job. Two things that would make it far better: If I'm looking at a package and press the back button it exits the app instead of going to the previous screen unlike pretty much any other app. This would be a huge UI improvement. Also it would be great if there was calender integration so that you can see when stuff is coming just by looking at your calendar.

The app worked fine but it's missing 2 major features that without them i have no reason to use it. 1. No notifications. The only notifications you get are from the website and when you click on them it of course takes you to the web version (so then why the app?). 2. You cannot resize the images. so if you get a picture of a piece of mail where the letters are too small, your out of luck. If you click the arrow, it shows you an even smaller image... What the heck??? 🤣 (so why that feature?)

It used to be a great app, but it's been worthless for months. Simply trying to log in gets an error that simply says "Unable to complete the request." I'm torn between throwing into the great bit bucket in the sky or holding onto it in the off chance it every works for more than a few months again. Luckily the website version of the service still works.

Waste of time! There is no discernible correlation between what this app shows and what actually ends up in my mailbox. The few scans I received were barely legible. Over the course of 1 week, 2 replacement credit cards and 3 packages were delivered without any notification that they were on the way. If you use this app be sure to keep your expectations low.

Terrific app to make sure you are receiving all your mail. Works great! Update: changed rating of app since it has now become unusable. As others have noted, I keep receiving the error "Unable to complete the request." Uninstall/reinstall did work for awhile. Now that doesn't work either. Would be nice if the developer would resolve this issue and make this a great app again.

Forget trying to log in. You would think that if the emails are going away, they would want to make sure the app works. Can't even get past the verification code. I cleared the data in the settings for the, as one user suggested, still a no go. Get it fixed (especially since there hasn't been an update in a year), and I'll give it a better rating.

Really?? Can't open app. It used to work just fine but just recently, when you try to log in you get a message "unable to complete request." Fix it already. It is now 7/3/20 and app is still not working. I get the same error message. Easier to access Informed Delivery from browser. Going to uninstall this app since there has been no response from Developer. Good riddance!

i was able to put up with the fact that the app never was updated the logical way - you had to get the "unable to complete request" notice to realize that you needed to go to the app store and uninstall and then reinstall to get the latest working version, then go through the entire process of entering login, password and mobile phone number, but now it won't even work when you do that, entering phone number goes into a loop of "unable etc, reenter phone number, etc., " so it's entirely screwed, which is apparently what the present administration wants. Fortunately it does still work on the computer, but for who knows how long.

When it works, it's great. But it frequently isn't fully sync'ed to the server, so what it shows as coming isn't always right. Frequently the scanners can't pick up the information on an envelope, so the message is useless. The biggest flaw is that it frequently stops working entirely; I can't log in, and when I try to I get an error message saying that it is unable to process my request. Overall, it seems to be down 40% of the time, and the remaining 60% is hit-and-miss. Honestly, this app is an utter disappointment.

When it works, it's great to be able to see what will be in my mailbox. However, it doesn't always allow me to see what I'm getting in the mail, & I understand on some things, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to at least say "You're getting this week's ads circulars.", & I'd be okay with that. Also, lately (03/31/2021) the app tries to login, BUT doesn't. I have no idea why. I've uninstalled & reinstalled w/ no resolution or fix! Please update the app ASAP! Thanks!

edit 6/12: still receiving "unable to complete request" error. App is apparently never being fixed. used to love this app. now, whenever I try to open the app, it crashes. repeatedly. I've sent the run report a ton of times to no avail :( edit 4/28: I now cannot log on without the error message of "unable to connect". password and username are both correct as I'm able to log onto the website. Decided to just uninstall the app, since it's useless.

Giving this 5 stars just because the concept behind this is brilliant. Being able to see what's in your po box without driving all the way to the post office saves so much time. And when I'm waiting on a package, that's when this app could be the best. The problem is that they don't seem to update it very often. Right now the app says I haven't gotten any mail in a week. Yet my box is full of mail. Maybe it's lazy workers not scanning mail. Or maybe it's because of COVID and understaffing.

It was great while it worked. I no longer receive email notifications. I went into settings and I am set up to receive them. I noticed there was an option for text notifications so I thought ok I will try that. I quickly discovered how annoying that can be as everytime a mailpiece moved I would receive a text. I went back online because the app will not log me in and turned off the text notifications, bit I'm still receiving them day and night. The second star is for effort.

Immediately after installing this app I began getting "wifi enabled" pop-ups at least once every 30 secs. Wifi was never disabled to be re-enabled. After just a few hours I couldn't take the pop-ups anymore and had to uninstall this app which immediately stopped the pop-ups. I wanted to be able to use this on the phone but it's way too buggy. Guess I'll have to just use the website.

Very useful app, but needs work. Crashes frequently on Samsung S9... error messages, "no network" messages, or just hangs on the loading screen and needs to be force stopped through settings menu to work again. When it works, it works well. My only complaint about functionality is that the Android back button exits the app instead of returning you to the previous page, which is annoying.

Stopped working. Can no longer log in. Get a pop-up that says "Unable to complete request". Web based version still works just fine. Update 1: it's been 6 months and the app still doesn't work. Tried uninstalling and re-installing, still no luck. update 2: uninstalled and re-installed the app, then went to app settings on my device and cleared the cache for the app. It now works.

Terrible app. I've had this since it first came out. Worked great, then a period of didn't work, then worked great again. Since last update hasn't worked. Have sent email in reporting problem. I know app has had security problems but you need to fix this. This app is great when it works, but a pain now for a long time. FIX IT!

I'm giving 2 stars to be nice... The app was amazing at first, now I can't even get it to load. I get past the login screen, then it closes itself. I guess when the app isn't working, you don't get the emails either.... because once the app stopped working, the emails stopped too. None of my other apps are acting this way.
