My Utility Connect

Fir weeks I've been unable to pay my bill! I've logged in several times, updated some information but can't find any way to update other information. It's showing no comparison info for prior years but should. I previously paid by text - that doesn't work either! I see no way to delete the existing payment method or related information for the credit card which may be incorrect. Frustrating!😡

Used to work - now it doesn't. So frustrating!! I never had a problem with this app until recently - open the app and it just keeps "thinking". Never opens! Absolutely ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet. It's been about 3 months now that I haven't been able to use it. No updates to fix it or anything!! Absurd.

Horrible! No one is doing anything to fix app... I've tried to uninstall and install multiple times each month now for 2-1/2 months. One minute I don't have a bill the next it's outrageous and I've been up to date on all of them.

I'm going with 2 stars, because the app worked pretty well for quite awhile. After reading the reviews, I am very upset about that lack of any response from the admin. I guess it's time to call and request paper statements and save myself the $2.00 convenience fee for paying on line and the aggravation. Cheers!

App refuses to load most of the time. You cant add multiple accounts (im forced to have separate water and sewer accts) and can only manage one whenever the app decides to work at all

Had its issues (with biometric log in literally looping until you hit cancel and it let you in) but as of last week, it crashes on startup with a crash report popping up. Considering it's literally the only convinient way to pay the water bill, this is a bit annoying.

Like everyone else, I'm unable to even log into the application. Seeing as this should be a simple pay portal, I'm appalled and disappointed with the bare minimum effort. Give me the code and I could write of the portal myself, or better yet use literally any of the ones on GitHub as a template. This is so disappointing as the fix should require maybe a week's worth of effort from one code monkey. The lack of attention to this is probably to push late payment fees. Bad business practices here.

Same issue as everyone else here, application either doesn't work or takes forever to open. I can literally start opening the app on my phone then go to a browser and log into myutilities and pay my bill before the app ever even opens on my phone.

App Crashes constantly while trying to make payment. After it processes a month later Utilities InC will claim they didnt get payment after returning payment to bank because of errors in their own payment system .They then DC and charge a $100 recomnect fee even though problem is with their own payment system . Account is also locked because , they change my password every month so I cant get back in , cant use old password and reset password feature does not change it still locked out.

App will not configure. Waited hours and never completed the configuration. I can still do things the old fashioned way but the water company requested I use the app. That ain't happening.

As right now it's one star. It used to work great but now it has been crashing almost immediately when I open it and it's been that way for weeks with no fix or feedback from company as to why. Will gladly up the rating once the app is working again.

Can't even get the app to open without crashing. And it's an endless loop of trying to reopen and crashing. The only way to get it to stop is to force kill it.

Was good but isn't working lately and they haven't bothered to update it in almost 2 years! Can't open bills anymore and I'm constantly getting an error message now. Going to just uninstall.

App won't start. uninstalled, reinstalled TWICE. App shows "configuring" on start screen and just continues this for hours. Frustrating! Reviews stating "glitchy" are correct.

The app is worthless, it had been down for several months now and does not look like it will ever work. Why have an app if you can't use it. They want us to use an app that doesn't work. It's bad enough that we get charged "CONVENIENCE FEE" every time go online or by phone. Feels like a scam

Everytime NY husband and I on two separate phones attempt to go on the app all it does is spin . I've only went in one time in 3 months with no problem.

Just spins and spins and spins and spins and spins and spins some more. It will not work and has not worked since January 2022 and no one wants to fix it. To make matters worse you can't even get into your account via their website to check anything about your account except pay what they say you owe. This company is a joke.

Need to fix this app! It never loads and I don't have my account number to login on the website so I'm having to call to make payments & its very inconvenient. Please fix your app!

HORRIBLE APP Crashes constantly, has made paying a bill even more difficult since I end up having to pay over the phone and get the extra charge. Cannot believe this app is allowed to be used.

Received a flyer with my bill and tried to install, but like others it just says "configuring" and never gets past that. Garbage app! Don't bother trying to install it!

Same problem every has now the app literally doesn't work at all. It doesn't open and it will never open.

App was last successfully used Jan '22. Now opening hangs searching Never-Neverland. What gives? Hire some astute code writers.

App doesn't open. Can't pay my bill or even view it. No one answers phones. Not sure how they expect anyone to pay them.

Easiest way to pay utilities hands down. No hassle with trying to find your account number, bill, or debit card. Skip talking to a robot, just turn on auto pay, or turn it off with a simple switch.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option! Will not even pull up crashes every time before it even opens. Worked one time and thats it.

I am a customer (hostage) of Utilities Inc in Florida. Installed this App as instructed but when I entered my registration info, I received an error message stating that my water account was already registered. I have never registered this account on any online system.

will not open, continues to say configuring after uninstalling and re installing twice. super frustrating consider the online bill pay via their website has also been down for over a week! get it together already!!!

Error upon opening. Then requesting access to photos and camera? Gtfo. There is no need for that. Deleting.

PLEASE FIX YOUR APP- it won't open and your website won't send recovery emails to access my account since the app won't work.
