• Citizens can post complaints or concerns in My Vadodara app using GIS technology i.e. they can click a photograph of the concerned issue and post a complaint without providing any more specific details. The concerned officer of Mahanagar Palika receives the complaint with a red tag which converts into a green tag only after the issue has been resolved.
• A Panic button has been provided in the app for the safety of women and senior citizens. Upon pressing this button in an emergency, an SMS will be sent to the person’s family or friends so that help can reach them promptly.
• As part of the e-Governance activity, different taxes and facilities like fire, water, drainage etc. in addition to Property tax are also included.
• The app provides information about the location of public toilets, dustbins, garbage collection vans as well as routes of the city buses.
• Citizens can connect with various Social Media channels of Mahanagar Palika using this app to resolve their concerns, to get new information as well as provide suggestions and feedback to them.
• Citizens can get all the information about the time, date and location of public events such as cultural activities, exhibitions or plays scheduled in the city.
• Vadodara has many world-famous places of historical interest. The app uses beacon technology to give the users a live experience of these heritage places with live messages, photos, audio, video etc.
• Sayaji Baug is the oldest garden of Vadodara and is home to a wide variety of trees; among which, many are unique. These unique trees have been tagged with QR codes; when scanned, give all the botanical information about them including photographs. This information will be useful for students, botany enthusiasts as well as nature lovers. A similar approach has been taken in the zoo to provide information about the animals.

App is clumsy and not user friendly. When I tried to report an issue via crowd sourcing, the app wants details like ward number etc. Why can't it take data like geolocation from the photo. People should be able to report issues in one click or photo.
Very poor application.. It's not user friendly application..
The app is not useful. When I tried to register a complaint about cleanliness, it showed "Internal Server Error". I wanted to register a complaint about how there is garbage present all over the place and cleanliness is not at all maintained. There are no dustbins provided in my area.
App crashes all the time,before complaint is done.
WORST APP. TRYING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT SINCE LAST 10 DAYS BUT IT DOESNT REGISTERS. OFFICIALS AS USUAL ARE SO BUSY THAT THEY DONT RESPOND ON PHONE CALL. VISITING WARD OFFICE IS MORE WORSE. ITS ALWAYS FAKE PROMISE OF RESOLVING ISSUE.
I can't even login. App is not working. If you want to use any option you have to put your mobile number then register. Even after putting my mobile number it is not registering it just keeps buffering.
A very useful app in this pandemic. An application which we can rely upon. It has everything what an user needs. Will recommend to my friends and family. Truely an organized app. ✌
VMC is not work..I have raised many complain from last one and half year but still it is not resolved. I have also mail to mayor, commisioner and collector also but there is not any action. if nobody want to work then why they have wasted money to create such type of app.
There should be search field to write the area instead of drop-down selection option. As we write in the search bar, relevant fields can be seen in drop-down.
Not originally app ..it is converted from website poor UI.. it needs to be redesign in proper way so that it is easy and fast to use. This app is waste of money.
Worst app. Not able to login with my mobile number. It shows OTP sent but i am not receiving any msg. I was Frustrated and delete the app.
Worst experience ever..if you try to lodge a complaint then there will be always server error. Evenif you use nos. given on app. for complain then also it will be unattended.
Smart City old app is outstanding because word wise information & contact no of responsible person who attend the complain. Other useful information like vmc impoant contact & Emergency contact is also available. With feedback.
It's us very helpful for citizen. It's right way to use modern technology also. By this app citizen can solve thier many problems quickly.
Not working at all. Unable to register any complaint. It displays "Server error" everytime I try to submit a complaint.

The app could be better, as of now the app isn't working, I am not receiving any otps to access any of its services...it's pathetic as I m trying it since days.

Best app. Quick service from VMC department. Staff member and workers are also good. They call me twice for service.
Poor, Not even upload a complaint even after 10 min. Write long complaint and app says not able to upload. Better to connect toll free than via app.

Unable to login through contact number. There is no other new login options. Need to fix it. As a new user it's really disappoints me.

Complaint for garbage collection was resolved within six hours. Even the details were updated and was reflected in the app. 👍
A very Good App.Need to Add 1962 Animal Helpline Number too. The complaints with photograph must be considered positively and tried to get resolved soon.The identity of the citizen registering co.aint should be kept confidential.
app has no provosion for getting suggesion from public to make vadodara better pl provide option in app to collect suggesion There is no sufficient information of city bus like time table city bus tracking route deatail etc
Worst ever app. Only to show off that we have app. It is of no use. When in need it does not work then I will uninstall it. It want live photo only, so i went in worst smoke & clicked, now it says "try it later". You have created fraud app. 1. There must be option to select image from gallery. 2. It must not say "try it later" 3. No error should create to stop submission of complain.
