The app tends to work without too many problems. However, the hardware is shocking. It doesnt arm, when it does arm it deactivated itself before I get home. I just dont feel safe with the alarm system therefore it's pointless. Trying to cancel: The cancellation team cant be called. Customer service request the cancellation team call us. It takes upto 14 days for this to happen. The people are professional and friendly. I don't rate the hardware or the app.
The service is great. I'm happy overall. But a great service deserves a great app. And though this app seems easy to use and does exactly what is meant to do, it feels outdated. It's functional but not fluid or worthy of the service it provides. And if I may add, I wish Verisure would integrate with home automization, like Alexa or Google Home. The company itselt seems to promise services ahead of their competitors but the app and the lack of home integration says otherwise.
Terrible all of a sudden and no support! Hasn't worked for 1 week. I installed this alarm so I can set it at my parents house who aren't that technically advanced. I go away a lot for work and need it to set when they are out and asleep. Can't do that deeming it a glorified ADT system which promises the world but delivers the same as having the lights on at home when you're out.
Not very reliable. When I set the alarm from the phone I sometime get the message "the alarm status is now deactivated" but then I look at the events and I see a "activated from Android". It always leaves you with the doubt whether the alarm is active or not. It's been like this for a while and frankly I find it unacceptable, considering the monthly fees we pay.
Pretty awful app Unless you want to type a password each time you open it to switch alarm on/off there's no way to protect if your phone gets swiped. No easy fingerprint open. Also it shows your address clearly inside so if your phone does get swiped unlocked your home will get robbed too. Also the apps push notifications don't work, so I have no idea if my home is getting robbed unless they call my phone, which I've found out they also don't do when the alarm goes off. Will be canceling contract
My property had theft even with their alarm fitted.I had asked for the alarm to be constantly armed in a day partial mode as per configuration of the property and for the customer to only "Change" it to full mode whenever they are opting to go out. Basically a "background security mode" without having to fuss about remembering to "arm" the system is what I have asked. But the call handler disconnected the phone. No value for customer feedback. Good hob and keep it up Verisure.
Awful. It's so bad that I don't even know where to start: 1) NO IFTTT integration, example If alarm triggers my Hue lights On as safety , IF alarm ON the Sprinklers ON. 2) Notifications always on 99+ what's the purpose? 3) Past photos go away why? I don't delete them, and they use almost no space ( due to bad quality either) , so DON'T Delete MY photos.
I don't need to access that often. But when i do there's always some sort of bug. Also the email contact never works. I have never received an answer to my emails when i need help with something (I've always had to call) The actual verisure service is fine. But the app really needs some work!
Once the system is sold no more communication with the commercial. Very poor technical service, 1 month until they move it and solve it. Call the sales service for an upgrade of my system, 4 magnetics contacts are more expensive than a new complet system. Service provided in case of problem is ok.
Very useful app. Unluckily if you insert the total alarm it says that all the systems are on while this is not true because the perimeter is off. I hope you fix this bug as it is a very important one that could sabotage the purpose of the alarm.
Not reliable. I'm often late because of it. Activating/deactivating the alarm should be done in one click (no need to login, wait, navigate).Worst it often doesn't work. I need to wait several minutes before it tells "try later" or "another command is processing". U need the to call them, same pb the day after. We need a reset button, that will just deactivate the alarm and clean the cache (kills all previous command restart clean).
This app is useless: when I tried to activate/deactivate my alarm, very often, the apps returns an error. I aolmost always have to do it manually. It's not very surprising since Verisure still use the outdated 2g to communicate with the alarm.
easy to use and app very convenient even away from home. service itself excellent. You get to speak to human being not some answer phone seconds after alarm triggers. pricy but in my opinion worth the money. Am an Android user and this app works like magic!
Easy to use. It can control the security system remotely, or request photo whenever you want. Many of the issues mentioned by other people have been solved.
Used to be really good but suddenly stopped working properly, i can't watch video anymore, keep saying communication errors,when i uninstall it and install it again video camera starting to work for minutes or two,then stop working. Need sorting out
Touch ID not even configurable for Android, while it works just fine for iPhone. Please address this glitch. Long time passed since the review. No one contacted me to try to fix it. -1 star.
The app is good, much better than its 1st ver. Overall the service Verisure provide is absolutely brilliant and the app compliments the service perfectly. Would be 5 stars but due to some typos and mistranslations gets 4 stars. Keep up the amazing work of bringing peace of mind to all that have your service.
The worst service possible. I am absolutely not satisfied. The technician came unasked. Since then the system does not work correctly. I phoned to tell the failure and had to pay 9.70 for the communication and after 3 months they still did nothing and the fault stays. All emails stay unanswered. Such a bad experience i had never. Stay away from this company !!!
Why don't the widgets work. Why cant you alter or even add details of users to the system. Why doest the app automatically log me in everytime. The answer to these questions are because the app is simply a crappy web based app rather than an app made specifically for android. The old app was actually better (functionality wise) - I would much rather have functionality over visuals. Please do better Verisure.
it takes too long to do something. wether i need to conect or deconect the alarm at whatever time it keeps fronzen and after a few minutes i get a message that there has been a problem. no solutions. its very bad.
Excessive pub and adds keep crashing the app while simply viewing the camera feed... Absolutely annoying to say the least. Inadmissible in an app that provides access to payed services...
No issues with the latest app, however a lot of the features from the older app are missing which I liked and found useful. Hopefully this will be addressed in future updates.
I've used this app for years now they have changed it I can't get it to work not even to sign in why can't you leave it be if it's no broken then don't fix it it might be time to move my account to another alarm company!!!!
This app is really useless when comparing to the normal Verisure app. No push notification, no timer for night mode and you will need to call the API to check if the alarm is active. Versisure developers needs to fix this app asap.
Good overall, it would be nice to add the fingerprint option to access the app (and avoid having to remember the password/ask app to remember it).
Incredibly slow and buggy. I've only had my service installed yesterday. App seems to work better on my Partner's iPhone. I've got an S10+ and the app keeps freezing. Requesting photos is like playing a lottery. You only get the results once every 10 times you try. Otherwise you get a "Something went wrong" error. Please fix the app for Android users!
