Before I would've given it a 3, now it's a 1 because it's just plain bullsh!t. The app has been broken for months, it's been at least 3 months now of the same problem, it doesn't let me pay my phone with a credit/debit card. Just a white screen and nothing. It's ridiculous that I have to add money on a top up card every month (requires a trip to the store) just to pay it. FIX THE APP or lose a customer.

some time between Friday, October 19 and Sunday October 21st, Virgin Mobile altered the usability of the app. ostensibly, according to Virgin, it was only supposed to affect Android OS KitKat or earlier. it seems to have affected my phone, which is marshmallow, rendering the app useless. I've been on the phone with Virgin off and on in one form or another pretty much all day to get the app usable again. finally, i uninstalled then reinstalled the app. that had no effect.

Absolute garbage. Tried to pay through the app and it's near impossible. It's slow and broken. I tried to pay my bill a dozen times with a card and it would just sit at a white screen and then go back to My Account page. No error message. No explanation. I feel like it really shouldn't have to be so hard to give you my money to keep my service up. I ended up having to call and pay by phone, which worked fine. To be clear, I have few qualms with my service, just this app.

Same as most people posting here, I used to be able to just pay through this app but now regardless of how quick I am it never works. This second page loads when I click to enter my details, but when im finished entering i just get a white screen, instead of returning to the previous page. The app isnt fantastic to begin with but now it is just plain broken, and all I'm trying to do is give a company my money. You would think they would be interested in fixing this.

Won't let me register my debit card to my account. I've been trying for over a week to purchase a 1G data pack and every time I enter my information it goes blank. Extremely frustrating. My phone is basically useless when I'm not home on WiFi.

customer service is horrible, yells at you during your call. got transferred 4 times trying to get my virginmobile stylo 2 unlocked and somehow ended up speaking with sprint support when I first started speaking with virgin mobile support. sprint support told me they couldn't help me because they are sprint support not virginmobile. wth, your support sucks, especially when it comes to listening to what the customer is saying. hours of my life wasted, thank you very much for nothing.

Worthless. Just trying to update my payment info for auto pay. App crashes before I can finish. Website says pin is 6 digits (fyi its not) and wont let me log in. No way to retrieve PIN through anything but the app. The phone system is equally as worthless. After this experience Im considering dropping my service. This is rediculous.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been a loyal customer since 2007, but this CRAPTASTIC waste of phone space app hasn't let me top up my account with my debit card in about a year and their WORTHLESS "customer service" department is incapable of doing their job. I WILL be taking my business elsewhere, and NOT to Sprint either because Sprint is EQUALLY TO BLAME!!!!!!!!!!!

app is slow even on wifi, often just stops working. having the flexibility to change data plans is why i stuck with virgin but its basically impossible with this app. if it doesnt get betting im going to find a different carrier

Can't use checking account to pay bill. So phone will be off until I get my replacement debit card. Plus, I have no connection several times a day. Very frustrating all the way around. Also, customer service was of no help. One person said I could use my checking account and the another person said I couldn't.

I signed up & paid for voice to text voice mail. Ive been on the phone 4 times and text messaging Virgin Mobile and no one can get my voice to text mail to work. Starting to get tired of this. Not happy at all.

Adding payment methods in this app is the faultiest encryption system I've ever used. I add a card to my account and after entering the card information it directs to a blank page and doesn't process the card information.

by the time I found out it was "not compatable" with my new phone I had already logged into my old account and spent money. can take my money but then tells me it doesnt work with my phone. whether on purpose or accident vry frustrating.

You have a link to cancel your account but it gives a pop-up to call the customer care. So if you lost your phone after 10 cat, wait until they come online and cancel the service.useless provider and useless app

For the most part it worked excellent and with a great convience, but now I can't seem to pay my bill...it now has a 2 min mark upon it, I wrestled and wrestled with it trying to beat typing two min. of information. Please go back to where you can type in your information and all was good.

, mobile phones Virgin Mobile is one of the very best phones stores they're great a little bit trouble healing but everybody does I recommend Virgin Mobile to anybody they have the best cold plan available I have unlimited talk unlimited text unlimited data data for $60 a month I paid $3 for CARiD and automatically deducted from my checking account which I love I don't have to worry about my phone bill they are awesome Virgin Mobile is awesome

This is a DEAD APP. If you're a migrated Virgin Mobile USA customer, UNINSTALL this app and replace it with My Boost by Sprint.
