To all who have the need for Full control and access to there electronic devices.
Not able to view all support requests that I can view using the webportal.
Downloaded this. Then asked me to sign up I was told I needed to give my phone number and address. I don't think so
Won't let me login. Now I have to waste more time uninstalling.
When ever open application it's asking for credential..
I'm not able to see the logs neither can i update any Service Request... :(
Doesn't work. Cannot authenticate to the service.
This app is mostly useful for us for managing SRs. But it only ads the first update and then doesn't add anything else. Would very much like to add notes to SRs also.
If we can update ticket is willbe more usefull
I'm a BCS customer and I don't have the fast lane button when I log with work account ?
Kept giving error when I attempted to login, which referred me to go to my.VMware. Can log on fine from a computer.

On HTC ONE it's jerky and slow. Uninstalled!

Aftet getting the notifications at email, this app can not get sync-ed log. Sync option does not work
It only show the status loading..
Why is this app looking for every permission available in the latest update?
Do you really need the ability to grab pretty much most data on the phone?
The app doesn't seem to work well on my phone (Galaxy Note II, stock, unrooted). The app doesn't allow or doesn’t capture the input of my password. The password field remains empty despite typing in or pasting any text from the clipboard. Definitely unusable.

Doesn't remember user name and requires password for unlocking after timeout. Hang on unlocking on my phone. Uninstalled it, I will keep with the web version.
How about an option for remembering the last account name?
Can login on web site, but same credentials fail when used in this app. E-mail to support went unanswered.
Created a license management app and still no nice vcenter type app... good to see where the properties are, money first helping out on actual management of vms later... or is it because the licensing is so difficult for people to manage with the vram problem that an entire app was required?
Cannot log in with my zimbra account from my college
I am able to authenticate to the app without issue, but it doesn't show me any of my information. No support tickets, nothing. Tried on both Android and iOS device with the same result.
