This is very good and the security features in terms of transactions is fairly also good. Moreover, it freezes sometimes. Also I always received message from you saying that utilities issues have been solved but whenever I choose utility option, ECG is not part.
The app is ok but I have challenges with the "Fastest Fingers First" button on the App. The Fastest Fingers First is not working. It keeps giving error codes ever since I updated this app. Kindly check and fix the problem with the "Fastest Fingers First" on the App
The app works great allowing you to do transactions with your app in a simpler and more interactive manner but then since the latest update somewhere in February, the app constantly consumes data at a very alarming rate ,it runs it until you either force close the app or clear your ram, it previously didn't do this, please do well to fix the problem I've pointed out.
The APP is user friendly. It provides the option to search for a number from your contacts when sending money. I don't need to write the number somewhere and key it in.
Lately the app have been very slow. The Vodafone cash takes like forever to load. After the last update, I can't find fast fingers anymore but I have been receiving notifications whenever it's about time. Also ensure that one buy airtime to another person on a different network.
I'm very happy about what this app has become, all the new features, and the user-friendly interface, the app doesn't freeze anymore. The app is great now. Thanks to the developers for the good work done.
The App is good and functional but sometimes unresponsive, other times slow, and worst component is Tobi that can only give one kind of response everytime to varied queries. I think Tobi needs proper review and should be capable of helping to diagnose simple problems at least. Apart from these, the app enables many services including checking the balance on your mobile and broadband subscriptions, paying bills, accessing different services on Vodafone Ghana from your phone. I recommend this App
Hi, Please bring back the feature that allowed you to select the preferred number when more than one number is saved under the contract when sending cash. Also, is it possible to add an option to generate a single receipt on a transaction to help with instances where a Proof of payment is requested so we don't need to produce all transaction statements just to prove that a single payment was made. All in All, great app
Room for Improvement, The app is user friendly but is there a way to not get a message when you check your mobile money balance after checking on the ap? It will be more safe to be able to check your balance on the app and not get a message in your inbox. People can easily check your balance details from there. Other telcos have it set like that to protect the user's interest. If it's going to push my details as a message then what's the point in using the app instead of USSD?? Confidentially!!
This app has not served me well. It's functions are limited and does not respond to customer's issues. Typical example is that it functions for only one account. It doesn't allow flexibility for clients with multiple accounts. Kindly work on it as the app is too big for what it does currently.
it's very slow times and I don't like the fact it can't be used when you don't have data bundle. it should function with or without having data . Not everyone knows Vodafone short codes so the app will be very helpful if it's available with or without data
The app crashes when ever I login. Login is successful but the it crashed before it shows the dashboard. This makes the app unusable. The same happens when I log in to my account online(Web version)
When sending money Via the App, the Reference section is not alphanumeric , for that matter we are not able to type a word or two to described the purpose of the transaction. I hope this is resolved to enhance the usage of the App. Thanks
Very bad experience. Not working properly at all. It sometimes stop working for a whole day or even beyond. It also sometimes disrupt transfers at the point of execution.
The app is ok, but sometimes it is slow, hangs up or freezes. I installed it on a new Android device last month. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my password, but every time I attempt to retrieve it using the Forgot password service the response has been "This service is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later." I've been trying for 6 weeks: it's beginning to look like a chronic situation.... Update 24/2/2022 I just installed the new update and immediately got my password. 👍
It's doesn't work, it's sad Vodafone can lowed it standard to Ghanaian, this is not the Vodafone I know in UK, Fixed it or remove this rubbish app from play store. I don't know why have a nerve asking customers to download this app, waste your data, I'm not sure I'm using Vodafone service, Well done After above complain the app is working fine, please add the option where we can find out more about all the latest deals and promotions, thank you
Please, I really appreciate this app,it works very well, but one problem am facing is that, anytime I runout of credit and bundle,i can't open it to buy airtime and bundle unless someone shears hotspot before I can buy airtime and bundle so if you can do something about it,it will help us all.Thanks
The app used to work fine but now I can't do anything with the app. It doesn't give me a breakdown of all my accounts. When u try adding a new account it tells you "account already added". Very frustrating. Please fix the app
Toby response useless. If you make payment, it takes ages for your account to be update. It is difficult to check your real time broadband balance.
One annoying bug... Sending money keeps failing for no reason. Can't see all my subscriptions either so I can leave those that are eating through my airtime, which I didn't even subscribe to in the first place.
You guys need to sit up and come out with a better app. This app is not not. Some of us are convincing a lot of people to move to Vodafone but this app is too bad, unreliable. You guys better wake up.
the app keeps crashing I can't change account. anytime I try switch the it crashes. I can't go to settings anymore. it used to work fine
As compared to the my MTN app, My Vodafone app doesn't work when the subscriber doesn't have an internet bundle despite the updates and bug fixes. Same old.
Very bad experience, I have been trying to buy voice and data for the past three days but it was not successful. Infact am feeling very bad I need to make calls but because of that am stranded
Vodafone is so reliable and always helpful. I can talk as much as I want always. And their data manàgement, superb.
It cool bit I think there are a lot to work on the app because it sometimes freeze or can't load when I'm trying to do transactions.
This update is responsive, but there's a problem. Using Vodafone cash to buy data was not successful at the last process. It keeps saying, "Sorry we cannot process your request at this time. Try again later." When is this going to stop?
Horrible app! it crashes every time, so needs A LOT of work to improve it for the end user.
It's interesting that when Fixed Broadband credit runs out, the user can't even ask for balance or attempt to change plans. It's as though I have to have enough credit for account maintenance. This is unreasonable, Vodafone should use their own bandwidth for account maintenance and the the user's. The only thing that a user can apparently do in the situation is buy more credit.
