The 3 stars ⭐ stays, it works properly, sometimes still "unavailable". The other thing that annoys me, is if I choose a package with extra GB, it's automatically charged every month. You say 30 days after activation i can deactivate the extra GB, but after 30 days, the new bill already came, the extra GB are added while i didn't even need them. 10GB leftovers go back to 0. 4GB isn't enough.,. I get 100 messages/day to go claim free unlimited data, free giveaways, the app gets stuck...

Don't bother with this or the Vodafone account in general. Today an employee reached out to inform me that automatic payments (which I had set up through the app) had been missed for two consecutive months. At the same time, there was no sign of an unpaid bill in my account. During the same phone call, the employee claimed that Vodafone is not responsible in any way for the quality of it's own applications. Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating, because frankly it's one too many.

Terrible. I had to reinstall it many times. It works then it doesn't. I could pay my home bill from the app, then I couldn't, it doesn't recognise my home phone number. Had to go to the store 3 times because it wouldn't even sign in to the platform. A terrible app that shouldn't be this bad from a major phone supplier. I'll be moving to Cosmote once my contact has finished. Update: it still doesn't work!

I used to like this app, the gifts , the fast and helpful customer service. But for some reason after the last update I cannot enter my profile!! Knowing that I didn't change neither my user name nor my password. Please fix this issue!!! And for sure when fixed I will change my rating

You cannot even see how your money is used! You top up, and some time later, all is used. But there's no way to see where the money went. In 2022, it's ridiculous. And these personal data, there's no way to get them. Not even a button or explanation on how to get the log.

Almost always shows "Service Unavailable". That might be a server side issue, but whatever it is, it renders the whole thing useless most of the time. When it works it's a bit unintuitive (bundles a lot of things together like types of Data remaining) and it takes some time to find what you meant to purchase, but it is navigatable and one can get used to it. But, once again, it usually just doesn't work.

Decent enough app -- does what it needs to do. One thing I'd like to see change is to have parts of the app that can operate offline. My phone is bad, so often if I don't have data connection I dont know of its because I dont have coverage or I ran out of MB or whatever. And I can't open the app to see what's wrong. Also, my app is in English, why aren't the text alerts and offers sent to me in English as well?

The app has so many bugs...I want to pay for a bundle through credit card or debit card and it only shows me the scratch card option. I try once for a transaction and it says that I have tried too many times so the transaction has failed. Vodafone customer support advised me to reinstall the app...I have done that already and it didn't work...The company knows the problems and has twice given me free chat points as apology, so they're aware, so why can't they fix the bugs?

Great app & all issues I had previously have been addressed. Good work guys. New smart look, easy access to all essential aspects of my account as well as history. Payment is seamless & effortless, especially if you save your card number. App also offers a data freebie that one can take advantage of on a regular basis. Also if you have a problem the online chat option is very helpful & I recommend using it before calling or heading to a store.

The only app in the store that is constantly "loading". It's hard to find this consistency in other apps. I mean, you know that once you start the app you 'll have to wait for ages while loading. Wether you use wi-fi or mobile data, the app doesn't care. It just does it's thing, loading. Well done guys.

Won't load keeps crashing. UPDATE.... 2 months later STILL not fixed, crashes on start up. Absolute rubbish. Hopeless customer service. Uninstalled & installed it again & updated to latest Android version, but still keeps crashing. Totally fed up. I supply error feedback, but it still keeps crashing.

Not a multiple account friendly app. You won't be able to see the account linked to the SIM card unless you have connected with mobile data. Live chat won't notify you with a sound when incoming message arrives, catastrophic when in combination with the fact that if the Vodafone app goes in the background the support team will see you as disconnected/away will result in disconnecting themselves dropping their support. Customers do not have the option to archive or access the dialogue.

Terrible application ... I think that one out of ten times it works and shows my plan, 90% it shows service unavailable and you are not able to login. Obvisouly the widget as like is unusable since it shows your data only when you manage to login and after a while it requires login again and it will probably won't work..

The biggest problem of the app is that all consent is automatically enabled what gives Vodafone the right to send you unwanted advertisements and sell your phone numbers to third party. All these issues are not mentioned in their privacy policy of the application. Check: Settings -> Privacy policy Check: Settings -> Personal Data and Communication

It is getting worse and worse. Actually, it is not working! It is over 2 weeks now that I get the following error message... "Due to services unavailability we were unable to retrieve your information data". I cannot check my usage, use 'shake it' or pay my bill. Contacting customer service was waste of time.

12.2019-cannot open the app because it needs an update. trying to update it but does not proceed to the update process. I had to uninstall and reinstall it. 07.2020-after maybe an update of the app the information I access is for another number and not mine... I uninstalled and reinstalled it and again the same problem. So, totally USELESS app as I cannot see the remaining Mb and time for calls. Don't advice me to call 13830, unless you have a free of charge number.

Really problematic, highly unstable, and very hit or miss. You would think an international company like Vodafone would have a better app than a GR based company like What'sUp (Cosmote), but they don't, in fact the former is much, much, much worse. Even when I actively want to give them money by buying a bundle I will often be unable to because of the extremely flakey nature of the app. It will often take ages to load my account info. And sometimes, it won't even load at all. Very unreliable.

VoWIFI won't appear on the menu, thus won't enable activation. No information whatsoever as to why it happens (ie a grayed selection that displays "device unsupported" when tapped. Meanwhile, my phone supports voLTE & voWIFI (samsung S6 edge) and vfgr won't list it in the official supported list. idk why.

Awful app, you install it only because there is no other way. Total mess with displaying mb usage, on central page it displays data mixed with roaming data! Also, there is no option to buy bundles on other configurations, eg giga wifi on the spot
