Constant updates, no improvement. Update: contacted support twice last week and on the second time they helped. But the app is now down again. Error messages and no information. Logged out but now I'm locked out and the update fails everytime. Terrible app. My recommendation is that anyone downloading this app for billing info, contact customer care and make sure they are sending you a paper bill every month. At least then you will have some of your information. Don't rely on the app.

App has not worked for months. Trying to pay bill for weeks now but can't even view bill details due to the app. I have deleted, reinstalled, cleared app and phone cache and data etc but still proves futile. Even if the simple choice of entering the amount you want to pay without the requirement for having to select a specific bill to make the payment as card details are stored and would surely go through. App is useless for any information on your Vodafone account.

Update: Thanks for responding but even after the the latest update which I did yesterday I still have the same issue with the app crashing when I try to go into the Change your Top Up Offer section. It kicks me back to my home screen and nothing appears but when I check issues with apps it shows the app has crashed. Again everything else is fine.

App is very slow, or dies after opening. A simple addition of a notification reminding you of important updates would be very beneficial. Like a gentle push notification reminding you of your direct debit date or important contract details. Just seems to be lacking basic necessities of an app.

I have installed this app a number of times over the years fo "special offers" these offers, they glitch or don't work in my experience, very frustrating as that is the main reason got the app. I downloaded the app again to find the core performance issues are unresolved. won't load the promotional offers and as soon as I activated my number on the app I received aggressive phonecalls from telemarketers which claim to be from Vodafone. were not as friendly as usual staff, Definitely a 3rd party

This app is literally useless The only functions on this app that work are the ones that get you to spend money, upgrade for your phone?, Sure that works pay a bill? Yep that works. Want to change your card details? Error. Want to activate an esim? Error. Want to contact support? Error. Want to set up a direct debit? Error.

A very basic app that lets you do everything you might want to do. The only annoyance comes because often it take forever to load on initial start up. I have no idea what's up, but having to wait 30-45 seconds for app to boot is not normal.

Absolutely useless!!!!! You will never get this app right. Waste of time. I either top up and then can't buy an add on because it says I don't have enough money or I can't top up at all. Orrr like yesterday whenever I tried sending a gift top up to my mother it kept topping up my number every time. Waste of my money and our time can't get a simple thing right !!!!!

Worst app I've dealt with. New version even slower and won't let me register my new card. Have had to pay last two bills over the phone. Shocking considering this is one of the biggest service providers in Ireland.

Your app is complete dirt. I have had about two useful weeks with it since I signed back up with you. I just reinstalled it to see if it would help. Tried to login and it locked me out saying I entered my username or password wrong 5 times. Whoever is looking after this app needs to be sacked because they are incompetent.

Cannot log in used to be able to access through fingerprint recognition now can't log in any form. No joy with the new update I can't even access forgot password the Gmail address is correct because I've gotten notifications from Vodafone on this. Been loyal customer for 4 years now, was thinking to get upgrade on the phone as i got message that im due to get one, phone which i choose on vodafone website cost 149.99 with my plan and i was given price on my upgrade 199.99 how is this even possible? Chat with someone on app and was told thats the best they can do, i know vodafone is big company and it means nothing to them but they just lost one loyal customer

March 2019 - Buggy. Won't connect. Uninstalled. One Star. April 2022 - installed version 7.0.3 This version seems more professionally finished, and will run on my phone. Reserving judjement for now (three stars, as it runs and i can enter competition)

Another update, with more problems for users (aka - your paying customers!). Log on problems with password not always working, very slow, when it does work. My two phone numbers used to be viewable on same profile, not now. Customer support useless when it comes to resolving the problems created by the update to the app! I'm really tired of the disregard for bill paying customers. It's going from bad to worse... So, why pay a premium, when it's far from a premium service?

Terrible app. Direct debit was always set up and working fine. Then one day it just stopped. Tried setting up new one. Still no joy. Paying over due bill not easy. Using robotic customer service very frustrating. Thinking about changing networks completely. At this point the quickest way for me to get help will be to go in store.

The app is down again! Direct debit was working for years but hasn't in the last months. Such a hassle to realise you're out of data when out and about, and then find internet to manually top up.

Total nightmare. The app downloaded a weird version and I don't like the way my number is there all the time. Everytime I try to log in it sound around but goes back to the main page. I've tried editing my account but it gives me no option only to delete it. I missed my top up date now. Thanks Vodafone!!

I cleared the cache and closed all apps. Still stuck in the update loop. *** There is an App update loop so can't get it to launch the App. Even when it did work it's painfully slow and unreliable. The website is even worse. Easily the slowest site I've used. Almost impossible to download invoices.

Just downloaded latest update and it's no good. First of all it takes amost a minute for the app to open and homescreen to appear. I have Vodafone Family plan and before update I could view details of each member just by tapping and selecting them. Now it's more complicated having to enter different tabs. Finally the app doesn't close properly when you want to exit. All very messy.

I'm giving this app 1 star cause you can't give 0stars. its a disgracefully bad app. It might work some of the time and when you can get onto it you can't pay your bill. It been going on for a while, no customer service just a robot. What am I paying for here Vodafone?? I'm not paying my bill till you fix the app and and if you disconnect me you'll never get a cent from me. I'm seriously thinking of changing my provider. Terrible service and app. DON'T put it on your phone cause it doesn't work

If it was possible to rate this terrible app any lower, I would. Sluggish, horrible interface, glitchy, freezes and 9 times out of 10, when you top up, VF takes credit for absolutely no reason and as a result cannot buy additional add ons. Stay as far away as possible from this app

Would be great if I could actually login to use the app. Each time I try to login I get "My Vodafone is temporarily unavailable" Tried uninstalling it and re downloading it but doesn't work.

I can't open it any more. Constant updates that don't load or finish. It used to be good up to a month ago, whatever changes were made aren't good.
