I too got an update notification. However i was notified that update was incompatible with my device. Customer care rep told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I uninstalled but could not reinstall it as it was incompatible with my device, so said a notification. The rep told me to start using the website to top up and for my expiry date and time I was to send a free blank sms to a particular number and also to check regularly for compatible update of app.
Like everything else that is online in Malta. Logs out randomly, can't top up online (what is the point of the app then???) No support whatsoever.
This app was fine until I updated it and got a message saying it's no longer compatible with my device. Oh so I suppose I should throw my phone away and buy a new one - not everyone has money growing on trees.
I was asked to update. I have tried to do that on Play Store but it just says 'Pending'. It does not download. I can not get into the app until the update has completed.
Useless app. Only good for paying bills does not give you any information about your usage and account. Waiting for contract to expire.
Not briantly useful from a users perspective, no toast notifactions of credit, often requires loggimg in again. The notificationa ot does give are more advertising. Tiresome app to have
Hopeless app!!!!!! Goes round in circles. Totally believe it's NOT maintained!!! Service provider - COME ON. Clients require service on all fronts and customer care.
I had the app and I was really happy with it. One day I received a message telling me that there is an updated version of the app. Unfortunately I accepted the update. Now I have no access to my app any more
Hopeless and useless. Not capable of paying bills. App was great till update was made. It is absolutely horrible.
Is this kept up to date? Just dloaded the available version, open it and it states a newer version is available but there isn't...
Login never works. Typical disasterous service by a Maltese provider, can't even maintain its own application!

Constantly does not allow for Shake units to be redeemed, ending up getting charged extra to use 4G!

i installed it to get the 3gb free internet and it was a scam from vodafone.im going to uninstall it

This app is great I Love it good organizations.
Useless. I can order services through this but not cancel them. If I want more internet I have to cancel the depleted bundle in SMS and order the new one through the app. It signs me out after a few days and doesnt even store my ID save the password. Yes Karen it is still my bloody phone a week later. It requires me to give a password for a topup. It doesnt store my bank card details. What's the use then?
