Hasn't displayed my balance for months and cause of that won't let me use the features on the app. But when my data runs out it still chews up my balance at casual rates, I'm losing money on this rn. Every time I go into the store they make out like Ive done something or that it "sometimes does this" and will be right in a week or so or they try to upsell me to a non-prepaid plan. And don't say to uninstall and reinstall, done it so many times, doesn't work. I just want to use it as advertised.

Looking at the other reviews, it seems like this is a common problem - when trying to top up, the app keeps crashing. Its such a simple thing and its embarrassing that such a major provider fails at this. This has been happening for many months now without a fix. Its clear from other comments that the developers know about the issue, yet have not fixed it!

I hate that, with use of computers, Vodafone still sends overdue reminders after I have paid. If the account is due on Monday and I pay on Saturday, I still get reminders etc. If it can't cope with weekend payments, then maybe it should simply be due on a Friday. And then have a system which can pick up a payment made immediately it is made at a Vodafone store!!!

Horrible. Do not recognize my email address nor phone number. It do not work. Here I am AGAIN. 3 weeks after suffering for a fortnight with your app I did everything people can do to solve an app problem. I did it many times. I had to go personally to Vodafone after many hours trying to solve it online and on the phone. The staff had to delete my account of 15 years and make one as brand new customer. Only then it works properly NOW, HOLD YOURSELF. IT IS NOT WORKING AGAIN !

I had the same for two and a half years worked perfectly, but not anymore! The main problem I have now is trying to top up or to add money for extra data. The app has my credit card details, when I go to top it up or add extra money for a daily addon when I click on to the page with$10 to $20 etc it doesn't give me enough time to press any amount it just cuts out and the app shuts down, very disappointing the last 2 months had to go and buy a top-up at the local and do it manually! Frustrating!!

This app needs to be redeveloped. There is soo many glitches in this thing, it's not funny. I've uninstalled and reinstalled soo many times in the last few months (3 to 4 times a week on average), and it's starting to get annoying. Every time I try to open the app, it restarts my phone, freezes my screen and the list go on. Please, please get your developers to recheck it's coding to ensure it runs properly!

Vodafone charges always extra number in my bill which one I haven't used and even Customer care was not good and always hang up and never reply I have a lots of issues regarding for my bills and always ring to them and sorted out because I they always add extra contact number in my billing and when rang they told its will be disappear within 24 hours. But never ever happened and I always ring them.and sort out. But this time haven't sorted.

I swear everytime I open the app it's like it has a new layout everytime it's annoying as hell, there are always errors nothing works right EVER. App isn't user friendly it doesn't have current plans info or upcoming payments like if your in credit or not, that's the whole point of an app.

I dont just like the app but vodafone in general is mean. I mean I haven't even been with vodafone a year and I use a lot of data for my tunes and stuff and I still got 6.62gigs! And I use about half a day! Now everytime I top up on time they give me an extra 100% data up bonus so i get double each time. Just wow. They also let me have 2 gigs free from 5 onwards each night and I'm only on a $17 plan! Would rate it 10 but there is no option for that.🤙

I have always been happy with Vodafone. But the app does not work. I try to pay each month and sins the last 3 months of changing my plan and Vodafone moving me to to this "app,",saying to me it will be much easier....which it's definitely not. it says something went wrong please try again later every single time I try to pay for my plan.... Very very frustrating. Is there other ways to pay because I have tryed online and still doesn't work. Please help...

Used all data without realising last month as Data usage doesn't move during the month. Have tried un installing app and re installing. Didn't make any difference. Also try contacting over issue 4 times with no success. Very frustrating.

I tried adding a new credit card and keeping getting the error message "Oops! Something went wrong"! Grrr! I'm using a Samsung S21 but there does not appear to have an app update

Its terrible and confusing, I just want a simple app tht I can top up and pay for deals, I cant do that on this app, apperantly its different on my brothers iPhone, way better on his phone but horrible, and confusing and missing soooo many options on my phone, this app has caused me and my bro headache when trying to figure it out on my phone, very terrible

This app has not been working for two weeks no despite uninstalling and reinstalling or even rebooting phone. I have phoned for assistance twice in this time and have been advised they are having technical issues. Each time I have been advised to wait a few days and try again. Get this app up and running Vodafone! It is absolutely ridiculous that you can't get things up and running in two weeks (and counting!)!!😡

This app is missing essential information and features that prepay customers need. Firstly it doesn't display credit expiry dates so you can't see when you next need to top up before they will take your existing credit. The app also doesn't notify you when your credit is about to expire, even though there are notifications for just about everything else. Nor does it allow you to automatically top up your account by the minimum amount in order to avoid losing your credit.

When I first installed it, I was told it doesn't use data. It uses data. In fact, sometimes it *only* works on data. I'll be connected to my home internet, everything will be working fine, but it refuses to open. This is particularly annoying as seeing as when I run out of data, if I want to know how many mins or txts I have, i can't check. Fix it.

Not the worst app I've ever used, but for one of the leading mobile providers in NZ, you'd expect them to have a decent app. User experience is not perfect, having to tap sign-in twice (one time to get rid of the keyboard pop up). Other things like the update for having to only use email. It does not specify that they used to take mobile numbers as user entry points, so I had to then update my information through a provided link only to be redirected to a new login screen
