App could not start. Just like many others reviews who complained the same thing. The app just stopped at the RED screen. FYI, I am using android. My friend who is using iPhone does not have the same issue. Solution : Go to app, delete all cache.
Very low performance. Bad app.) I deactive my no for the full month But still i need to pay for that including the parking fees. So bad.. Not recommended If possibe i can give them minus stars.
I contacted customer service for 3 days in a row and still no result. I made the decision to disconnect the G5 internet After the third month without paying additional fees. It seems that Vodafone is not concerned with after-sales service problems.
Why do you make unnecessary updates for the application? I'm not able to log in, wasted my time, 15 calls here and there. Either fix it or issue a warning letter for everyone in the IT department and its employees or whoever behind this chaos.
Woah!!! Not even 12hrs after a voice call feedback the internet isn't working. Guess should not have rated 5/5 for the speed of internet.... it completely stopped working now. The app anyways is a waste of time and hangs all the time.

Tired,, the app became worst!! From yesterday i have been trying to open "my offers", it is not opening 😁 coming pop up window about advicing to recharge. I closed many times the advertising window then tryed to open my offers, unfortunately not opening, coming same popup window..
Worst... couldn't oppen from 1 month... you didn't fix it untill now... better to remove this app from play store if u don't try to solve the issue...
I installed app, but whenever I open this app, it will stay in red color background for just few seconds and closes automatically, even after many attempt the app opened but again while I give my mobile number to get verify, it always says my mobile number is incorrect. So am not able to use app. Please help me to fix this issue.

This app always required mobile no than opt some time OPT late coming this is not in customers favour .we have not this much time to do all this process . Kindly change this thing

Actually zero star is my score for vodafone internet.. I think the worst network in Qatar. It shows 4g network but it will not get 2g speed also what you guys are performing ... Feeling useless
Hi After the last update, the app isn't launching always. Please check on this. It is stuck at the red screen. Either fix this or enable all type of payments for recharge in the website. Is anyone looking into this issue?? I have had to uninstall and install every single time. This is really ineffecient!!
