most absurd and under planned app I have ever seen for a company which represents a good population of a country. you really need to invest into it more to make an app which is worthy of you and is also more helpful to the ppl using it.
Cannot even register my number at this app. It says my subscription is inactive (although I am customer of Warid since last many years & successfully subscribe to packages continuously). Warid/Mobilink people must review their policies on e-customer services because most of us now use "Apps" instead of Websites. Other competitors like Zong & Ufone have very powerful apps through which we can easily manage our account.
Not useful enough to serve the purpose. The packages are not updated and much working needs to be done in order to achieve real customer facilitation.
this app is a waste of time .it shows no call history sms history .it has very limited options.it is nothing compare to zong app.i am very disappointed to see this
I have forgotten my pin. So when I try my email address for pin code. Pop-up says email sent but I didn't receive any email.
Too much slow no update to data or current packages detail or anything relating to my plans need to work more.
The only problem I'm having is I've forgotten my password for login and they say email has been sent but I have recieved no email.
Bad app...again and again show same error message...we can only add Warid number...plz make app for jazz number
plz add useful features in your app it's really poor plzz upgrade currently status features and many more just like a song app plz improve your app I want really give u 5 stars

Worst company. The app didn't tell about the expiry of the internet bundle and even shows the remaining data after expiry which works as a bait so that users can use internet on Standard tariff. Upon my complain, the justification of their rude staff was that it was my responsibility to remember the expiry date. Well, then what is the purpose of this app? Shameful owners and executives of the company are doing cheap practices. #boycott #warid #jazz #PTA #corrupted

The worst app of no use. You can't do nothing with this. Its features not working. Warid was good, then it became bad and now heading to worst. We family and friends are in serious consideration to switch to another network.
