2022, April my apps updated. so much easier on the payment. you can also redeem your point. you get 2 benefit if you use on Shopback app - need to login watsons ID (you get cashback) & pay with GrabPay (you get points). BUT on the selection item still not very friendly to me. I have to scroll down to find what I need rather than just put them (same product/same brand) on the same page then we just choose from there which variation we like. I don't know if you guys understand me 😅
very difficult to navigate. A lot of options are not clear, always have to click back to correct options. Sometimes some features don't load properly, have to close the app and restart
I gave 5 star before because they have lots of promotions through the app. But on transit 1 of my item was damaged due to bad packaging. then it was returned to watsons. they took a while to replace all the items back and have mistakenly refunded the amount too. i have been asked to return the amount refunded, i did it and fill up the details needed. now they ask for more proof (EGHL receipt?). i am very disappointed, it's their mistake of not checking carefully then burden us some more.
There was a short period of time when the app was up & running & working smoothly. But it has been months since I couldn't wishlist products, app crashing when viewing products, no longer able to browse "what's new", unable to enter discount code (error message constantly pooping out), random problems where member Monday & Wednesday discount not working and overall messy and disorganized looking page. But Watson has helped me saved money because I no longer shop there. Blessing in disguise 😅.
It takes forever to load in the app and UI is all over the place. The icon for the item is too long and huge.Hope it will be well organised in the future updates.
Hi,next time please make sure the product got enough quantity because my ordered just got cancel because they don't have enough quantity of products that I purchase and please if you can update the quantity amount of your products in the app because if you cancelled the order it takes a 7-14 days to return the money. Tq
ECOM fulfillmemt is not efficient. Item is out of stock but still showing stock available. Info misleading customer to order then proceed with payment. The worst is 7-14 days to refund after cancellation by Watsons with reason no stock available. [Latest update] This happens to me again on 15-Apr-2022. I was able to place order then made payment then was told days later that order has been cancelled due to no stock.
worst app ever!! i once downloaded it years ago, but due the those problems, i deleted it. and today i downloaded it once again and still it not solved.. what are u expecting from us?? to reach you and tell the problems?? just do the research la.. how can u unable to solve same problems for years??
It's best if the app could update product availability at each store timely so your client can survey bfr added into cart/walk in, instead of noticing the click&collect option is not available during check out or the product is limited to only certain branch awat laaa 1. Define store 2. Update catalogue 3. Start shopping At least can reduce few seconds.
I have place an order on 3rd May 2022. The items was later updated to shipping status at 6th May 2022 and delivered on 7th May 2022. However the orders was not delivered yet and there is no notification or calls received from delivery partner. And there is no guidance on how to raise an escalation on these issues.
Registering doesn't work, it keeps asking for contract address on the OTP. It requests access to message system which is a security flaw in the design.
Need to update my review. Works well . So many coupons you can redeem to save more on your favourite products. I contacted the online customer service, they took care of my acc issue very well.
The Worst apps!!!!! I can't Login. Start From Activate my Card from WhatsApp. Its said Error occurred. Then,after my Card Already Active, This Apps Can't Login My Register Member Card!!! What's Happen?? I'm already Follow the Step for Password(mmmmyyyycccc) still this apps said Wrong Password!!!?? Please Do Fix This.
Click & Collect is useless, most of the items can't be search for a store. Not user friendly!!
Apps is not smart enough to update the latest stock info. I stuck for procceding order online, reload , uninstall and installed back few times , still the same unable proceed for payment . WATSON pls update and fix your apps bug .
pickup process so slow. ordered then 30 minutes went to store said the system havent recieved the order, might delay 1 day. next day check on app, but just in 'packing' process. then what use for pickup mode? still need to wait.
Very laggy apps. Searched on item category and took quite a while to load the page. Not user friendly.
Both App & website are so laggy & buggy. Respond is too slow. Try register membership also cannot. I gave up. Uninstalled.
Lousy app, i like to shop via app but not for now. Slow responde, bugs everywhere, now cant even update the cart.add item delete item add quantity is not working at all..
I like to shop using this app especially during Wednesday deal. However this app has way too many bugs. Free gift which is out of stock couldn't be removed from chart. Once I am trying to pay, a message shown 'Sorry this item is sold out/out of stock ' prevent me from paying. Went back to delete this item, select click and collect, prepare to pay. This stupid message came again with the same items prevent me from paying. Please I don't need the free gift I just want to check out before 12am.
Lagging too much. I hate it when I try to update my address, it suddenly logout the account. I dahla forgot password and try to reset the password. Cannot do! I dont know la this app is trash!!!! Please make it smooth please. At least like other shopping apps.
I can't sign in. It keep telling me that I entered wrong OTP code. I clearly entered the right code for 3 times but still unsuccessful.
Always can't add item to cart. Not sure what's the function of the apps if we couldn't purchase from the apps.
Too slow in loading everything, and sometimes internet banking page is broken. please fix. and then you'll get 5 stars from me
This is the worst app I've ever used. Check out is the worst. When I tried to pay using Boost ewallet it failed and my FIRST20 voucher also disappeared when I tried to pay using another ewallet. After 2 hrs when I tried again the FIRST20 voucher reappeared but when I tried to pay using TNG my 80% discount for 2nd purchase is no longer available. My worst experience with buying on-line using Watson app. After 2hrs due to my perseverance after retrying many times managed to get the order through.
