Every time I try to get on here to add some money to my count I cannot add it or it takes for ever or a have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to update And to put money on my count. This is very dam Irritating
Had to delete app. would not work on my android. Would not accept my debit card. Still rejecting my perfectly good card. deleting again
App works well and let's me easily pay my bill and view/report outages.

Easy to use
The App now works and I can see Outages. It would be nice if we were given an approximation of how long the outage will last. Letting us know it's being worked on helps, but not quite enough.
It's ok but hate the glitch it has on my phone!!!! It has a tendency to randomly pop up on my screen while I'm in the middle of something else!!! I have to go into my settings force stop the app every time I use it or it will continue to pop up. If the glitch was fixed then the app would be great and I would use it more!
Really easy to use! Perfect when I'm on the go and need to pay my bill.
If you put your bank card on the app, they will steel your money. They took money from my account and never added it to electric nor did I give authorization. I went to the office and al km they did was say this a good thing. No taking the money that I didn't authorize is a crime. The boxes were way better.
