ID card for dependant doesn't always load. Tech issues with account getting locked and password being reset properly.
When selecting to view ID card within the app, the image is tiny and unusable. Please fix!
Logged in an it just said to look at my insurance card to call them with questions. I've never seen a more useless app.
No need for this app, I can't access anything when I log into my account, I have to go online to see what I need to
Don't have access to my account. Only tab is the "about us".
This app is identical to the mobile website. Even the layout is identical. Downloading it will only serve to take up space on your mobile device. More importantly, like the mobile website, it does not allow you to check the balance of your FSA card, which is incredibly frustrating.
Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone to assist you. If u get a hold of someone it will probably be the wrong information and have u choose the wrong plan. Better be prepared to payout of pocket for home medical supplies. Worst company to be insured by.
Gets the job done for the most part, but it's in dire need of a redesign as it looks like an app from 2011. The functionality could be better too.
