Many dream of becoming a western riding star, breathing in that prairie air and learning the secrets of the western riding style. Now all this is possible at any time. The game lets players dip into the exciting ranch lifestyle and experience a new thrilling adventure as a cowboy or cowgirl. Taking the role of the young Karla on a visit to her Aunt Polly’s horse farm, players have to show they have what it takes. But before they can access the most popular western riding disciplines through Reining and Barrel Racing, they must first of all prove they have both the ability and a sense of responsibility. Because Aunt Polly checks very carefully to see who is going to be allowed to rider her beloved horses. But using their caring skills and reliably completing the daily routine tasks players will soon be able to convince her of their suitability. Especially since her favourite horse develops a special liking for them. And so through love and training, players have every chance of making it and being well on the way to becoming a real western riding star.

LOOK AT THIS REVIEW!! Ok this game is super fun and, being a western barrel racer myself, this game is pretty much the closest to western riding than any other horse game I've come across. IT'S PRETTY ACCURATE! also, I've been able to get past every training levl except for the last expert levl (the spin) it's honestly very difficult and it would be nice to update the controls. Otherwise, for me the controls weren't to hard to master and I love the horse's coat colors! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 😉😁
This is sooo annoying! Okay, so, when I first installed the app I was hoping for a fun game about a girl trying to learn how to ride. Sounds like a great idea, the problem is that whenever I try to slow down, the square goes UP not DOWN. So, I would hope you would fix this. Also, when I fail because I can't slow down, the whole entire INTRO plays when you first start training in the beginner class for gaits. It's EXTREMELY annoying and I hope that both of these get fixed. Thank you.
this game is pretty good, it's the only barrel racing game I like. a little tip for the the controls : place your phone/tablet on a flat surface, that will fix your problems with not being able to stop or slow down. another thing is, can you please add more stuff, like equipment, dressage, reigning, and more.
It's a good game but it's old and is not updated anymore. You should update and fix things because I had lots of phones and have had this game on each one so i know it's not me but in the "change gaits" session i cant slow down when i try my box goes up and out the screen. It's so frustrating. If you just fix that i would rate it a five. And you should be able to customize your character. And have more genders. What if a boy plays. Or if a girl wants a girl horse
The graphics arent bad, the horse moves pretty realistic, and there's a good balance between too easy and too hard. However everything pretty straightforward. U dont get to free make your own routine with the tricks, only get to interact with 2 npc (not inculding the horse), or freely do a trail ride with looking and exploring. Every pro had a con and every con had a pro. A pretty average quick time consumer.
Definitely one to not judge on the graphics because the game itself is absolutely wonderful! I'm a reiner and I have never seen another game that incorporates reining and on top of that actually does it correctly. You can tell whoever made this game actually knows horses and isn't just one of those gamemakers who put horses in a western saddle and has them show jumping or barrel racing in an english saddle. I like the brownie points system and how you actually have to manage your time and work to gain Aunt Polly's trust. My ONLY complaint is the graphics, but at the same time I almost like it just because it gives a certain feel to the game that takes you back to older games and emphasizes that old western-y theme. Thank you for creating such an accurate horse game!
Use to love this game when I was younger. Just reinstalled for the first time in awhile and it's unplayable due to ads. The ads are over top of buttons causing you to only be able to click them and not play. Couldn't even pick my horse because ads where in the way. Ads don't come with close buttons either so pretty terrible and not worth it anymore.
I love the idea of this game, but it must not be calibrated correctly. I can't even get past the change gaits lesson. Every time I try to slow down, the red box just WILL NOT GO DOWN.
This game is amazing and I'll recommend it to everyone and anyone horse crazy.One slight problem is that on two says the game has shut and I lost the progress I made that day...could you please try to fix it? If you could this would be the perfect game although the controls take a while to get used to once you know them your good. if you are reading then DOWNLOAD because this game is really truly amazing!!!!!!! btw when people say that the controls don't work its because they aren't used to them
This game is okay I don't really like it tho the graphics are fine and I like horse coat colors but it's hard for me to make my horse slow down or stop it keeps going up so I recomend making it to we're there is an option to be able to touch your screen to make it go so I'm alittle mad that I can't play the game if I can't finish that training level
The horse's are fine but all the characters are super blurry and the tools also. Also I wish you could choose if your horse is a He or She. But what is really frustrating is when I'm trying to train HIM it tells me to go faster so I tilt my phone and it tells me I'm doing it wrong and it gives me a penalty! Please fix it and I'll change my review.
I like the game, but please add more coat colors. And add the option to buy more clothes, as well as horse gear and give us a story type of game. Please update graphics for all phones and other devices. Also give us the option for a paddock, and other things like that where we can put more horses.
It is okay the levels are very hard to pass the slowing down and going faster is very hard there should be a scroll to make the horse go faster or slower with a bar so you can adjust it to the speed I dont think that there are alot of adds they need to come up with more letters there should be a field it should be more realistic it is very entertaining and fun it is not very fun after you pass all of the shows you cant go back, very addictive very fun and entertaining that is why I rate
I could barely do anything. Ads keep popping up, i have to change the direction of my phone just so i can get the dang horse to walk and when i get past a walk it wants to me to slow down but as soon as i try it says i have a penalty. The game just doesnt make sense...
This game is not very good its impossible to do the speed thing and you could update it and make it way better then what it is now, there isnt much horse coat colors or anything, also ads come up almost all the time which makes it 2 times harder please fix your game and maybe then maybe just MAYBE I will install it again cause right now this game is horrible so I do not recommend it to anyone wants to play a good horse game if you want a good horse game play rivals stars or star stable.
this game while it is somewhat fun it's hard for the training of your horse and it wont let me comb out her mane all the way with the training you make a mistake it makes you start over. not to mention this game has way to many ads and it only fun for about 5 minutes. overall dont download!
This game is fun the horse looks almost realistic. It would be nice to have a joystick instead of the tilting option and it takes up a lot of space in your storage settings.
The overall game is okay but the controls are horrible if you tilt backwards to slow the horse down it goes forward instead of backwards I can't even finish the beginner training because of this.
I found a little boring cause each time I tried to do something else it says I need more brownie points I don't even know how many I have so I can't unlock anything else but begginer mode and that's it so maybe if you finish the tutorial and have the option too choose whatever mode you want and see how many brownie points I have and need to unlock stuff so that's all
It's fun sometimes but why did they make it so hard to move. Everything is so blurry and you should be able to change your name. And many others that need to be fixed. COULD US AN UPDATE!
I only had this game for a little bit and i already don't like it. It is really fuzzy and there are s many adds. Also when you get a penalty you have to start over when you could have just started over on that one thing you didn't do right.
Horrible. Constant adds popping up and I can't touch anywhere on my screen without clicking the adds. And the content is horrible it's so blurry. Don't get this
This game is good. I only put one star because the riding controls are HORRIBLE. Every time I tilt the screen down it thinks I'm pointing up. The 80s graphics are kinda bad too. And you get go riding out on your own either.
Do NOT get this app, I tried playing it without internet and it crashed my phone, I could turn my phone off or on, or get out of the app, once my phone got booted up again I immediately deleted the app and haven't had a problem since or before
I love this game the last barrel race is really hard but that's good! Maybe you can improve the time of the barrel races! Only problem. But this is really cool! And fun!
This is a pretty good game. really fun once you get past the beginning stages and the learning curve. I would like to see it updated though. in the training section where you ride your horse, you have to tilt your device ( forward, backward, left , right etc. ) and it does seem to have trouble picking up the motion of the my device ( my phone. ) so I dont know If the game is meant more for tablets or what but it always seems to do it when I play on phones. other than that it's great!
