Having difficulties reviewing my bill(s). Also, while it's not difficult to update medication history, my doctor called as though I was requesting a refill. Also unable to receive documents through the portal. Kinda defeats the purpose of a portal if I have to go back to the office to pick up documents.
Rating for previous version👍,which used to be user friendly n easy to access on the go but now the app isnt allowing me to log in as they made some changes which refrains you to do so. Now this app is useless.
When trying to locate a provider, after leaving the app, it gives only one provider, that happens to be a nurse practitioner. Also, the app is at times, doesn't load.
Old app was good. New portal messed up. No good technical support. No good instructions. Not able to book appointments. Horrible. Worst decision.
It seems Westmef has changed the portal to Athena Health and login doesn't work on this app. When I log in on the Athena Health Westmed portal, all my test results are missing. I've received almost no communication about this change to this Athena Health portal and now I can't even access my health info. Very poorly managed change over Westmed
The App is great and all, but at times doesn't reach the provider on time and you may not hear back from them as fast as you would like.
Love My App! It is a fast way to communicate with your doctor or specialist. My Dr. and her assistant are great with responding to emails and answering all of my questions.
Used to be user friendly now I need to be the doctor to be able to use. Once you log in I should not have to re directed to a web site to my an appointment. Nor have to put in every piece of info. It's just over complicated to see your doctor.
This app keeps crashing when you access it from the notifications.
This app very rarely loads. The original app was a whole lot better.

Used to be so easy to make dr apts online with westmed, now that they changed it its so complicated and i hate it.
Permissions are excessive can access everything on your phone!!

Do better. It's difficult to schedule an appointment. Unable to sort by preferred doctor or by preferred date. You'll enter the information requested to book an appointment, Then when you find out the date you selected isn't available, you have to start all over again. You have to enter your insurance information constantly even though you have a profile and have been in the office WITH the card.
