Issue fixed. Decent app, although very slow no matter the platform or internet speed. Giving 4 stars because I love the idea of being able to clock in and out from my phone instead of using paper/cards or struggling to get logged into a company computer. Taking a star because of how long it generally takes for updates to come. Also the overall design of the app is very cheap looking and feeling. For the leading time management company in the world, I'd assume more respect to all your assets.
This app gives me so much anger at the beginning of my shift. Not only does it take forever but after your auto logged out you have to clear the app. This app makes it so hard I would rather write it down or literally anything else.
Company is switching to this and so far it doesn't work at all, hopefully they can get some work done with this app before thousands are relying on it.
no option to use biometric login and it's buggy 50% of the time. Seriously annoying...
App works but would like to see a save password option, or log in with biometrics. Only use this app to clock in or out. Have to have another app to see pay stubs or do anything else. Would be nice to have it all integrated into 1 app.
This UI is poorly designed and makes navigation difficult

This has to be the worst app possible. Freezing issues login issues loading issues it doesn't stop. I've used this app 4 times since my job started this garbage app and everytime I log out I have to go in my settings and force stop the app so it'll reload. Does it to my co worker as well don't use this app. I can't wait til my job realizes it's garbage and goes to something different
This is a trash app. I have no idea why my company went this route. When you accidentally enter your password wrong you can't do it a second time... you have to back all the way out, force close the app, start over from scratch. Its truly a disaster of an app.
APD is either doing an untimely upgrade to the site or there's something wrong. Either way, thanks for making me late on punching out for work. [It wasn't the app. It was the entire website. It wouldn't load on any platform for well over an hour].
Very rough design, should have a punch widget that can be accessed, via your home screen, would be more functional and helpful to those that use it. Also should sync to you phone calendar to verify the employees schedule on all aspects of the phone.
This apps is awful do not use this company for your business. It hardly ever works I try to log in and it just a white screen. And before I get a reply from who ever is replying I have already Uninstaller the app and cleared the data and cache. Your app sucks; stop blaming others for your poor workmanship. Do better. This app has constant issues. Even your website has issues. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Still too many bugs. I cant see my schedule even tho i uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My boss is having to send me screen shots... Also, make it so i can throw my schedule in my calendar please.
This app is worthless. It just goes to a blank screen after putting in my credentials. I have deleted and re-installed numerous times. I have deleted my cache also, and that didn't work either.
I have downloaded the app, worked great the first week and now my screen is white. Cleared the cache, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Still a black screen once I sign in.
App doesn't work past initial login screen. After login, I'm greeted with a blank screen. After 3 attempts at reinstalling, calling it quits. Fire your developers and hire a new competent team.
For the last week I get a blank white screen when I log in. Reinstalled, cleared cache, forced stopped. Nothing has worked to clear the issue.
Please Help. App was Fine for about a month. Now goes to a white screen after I enter log in info. I really wish company would go back to Paycor!!! Also I have cleared cache, cleared Data, reinstalled several times.
After logging in all I get is a blank white screen that says loading and it never goes past this point uninstalled and reinstalled my phone is updated so the app is trash worst thing any company can ever use
Worked great for like a week, then doesn't load anything. I tried reinstall and cache clearing, nothing. For a company as big as ADP, you would expect better.
Continually crashes after adding information
Once I log in im met with a blank loading screen. Its nice that your letting your product team know, but till you fix it you are screwing with the end user, and there employment.
The apps content is completely blank. Almost made me late for work... Would give it a 0 out of 10, but Google doesn't respect honesty lol.
Newer version, only very slightly better than before, logs into app better but still gives errors and incorrect information, clumsy to use
It's seems like there is always a problem login into the app. It appears other people have them same problem
Why is there no easy way to log in? No samsung pass. No touch ID log in. No remember password. It's such a pain to check my schedule. Change this and I will update my review to 5
The app does not work. I downloaded it to stop always have to use the website but I guess Ill have to doing it the original way.
Consistently getting locked out and district manager is the only one who can unlock our individual accounts for us to see schedules, request time off etc....GET I T TOGETHER CASEY'S ADP APP
The app wont let anyone log I even have friends that work for different companies and the app isn't working for them either
It's garbage. It never worked. I have to either restart my phone or delete the app and reinstall it b4 it work. It never work. I don't understand what kind of company is this. All my coworkers hv the same issue so they stopped using it. App keeps saying "connection lost" each time you want to use it and once it says that, it won't work until you either restart ur phone or delete the app and reinstall it. After each use. It's so frustrating. Never seen an app this cheap
