Let me start by saying I liked this app enough to pay for it. But... Pros: - the detailed exercise descriptions showing which muscles are worked. - set up a routine by equipment needed - set up routine by body part - supersets, despite lack of instructions Cons: - sync is weird. I lost an entire routine and a month's training record because it synchro a much older version - legs are...legs. No distinction between glutes, quads, calves..so supersets are impossible

I totally love this app. I really appreciate the visual aspect. It could be improved if you expanded the muscle groups to include glutes (and basically more sub categories). The search option is good but I'm still intermediate-ish so I don't always know which specific words to search for exercises I've seen and want to do but don't know what they're called and don't know the equipment either. Great app though.

Now I remember why I uninstalled this app some time ago. It is very tedious and laborious to make a workout plan. There is not even a separate list for glutes, glutes is within "legs", and glutes is also not a search keyword. When you add an exercise to your workout there is no option for time instead of reps and when you go back to choose another exercise it takes you all the way back to the beginning and you have to scroll through all the exercises again and choose filters again.

Really nice looking and with a lot of exercise, but the most important thing, it's easy to use. Here are my recommendations -add an option to collapse the exercises, useful for long routines -add an option to color different routines, you know, the name right above all the exercises (and maybe give the ability to add icons - attaching links to instructional videos would be nice, so we can get a deeper explanation about certain exercise if we need it

So far so good! This is the app is perfect for me. I've just been using the notes app but after I downloaded this things became a lot easier. The workouts are easy to create and set reps, rest time, sets, weight, and other things. There's a variety of excercises available to add to your workout plus they have a step by step explaination. Overall this app is really good, just what I needed to organize myself.

Great app However, when searching for an exercise via the filters (ie Muscle: Back Exercise Equipment: Dumbells) after you find and add the exercise you want to your workout then return to the search your search filters get cleared. And with how many different exercises there are, it would be more convenient if it would return you to the same results you had previously searched. That way you don't have to constantly add the filters back every time when you're trying to work a specific muscle

For me it's the best app out there for creating workouts, but I have one issue: the timer is not working when starting the set, it just stays at zero. If I exit and then resume the workout - it works, and then for the next set is doesn't work again. I'll leave 5 stars because you really deserve it but please consider fixing this issue.

App would be 5 stars if the workout had a pause button. I've been doing band workouts which require me to switch bands, attach bands to the door and switch ankle wraps vs handles and it is impossible to do without being able to pause the app. It is very difficult to try tonuse the rest time as I do not always know how long it will take. I would buy the pro version if only just this one thing was added. Many other workout apps do not have the same features, sad to see this one be so unusable.

I love this app! I love all the exercises it has, the clean simple interface, and it's really easy to use. I haven't experienced any bugs with it either. I'd add 2 things to make it better though. I want to see a timer of how long my workout is and to be able to edit a workout after I save it. 5 stars!

This app is okay at best. I use the same superset more than once in a workout it auto puts them together. Even tho there was multiple times i reorganized, Everytime i added a new superset it would Auto put the repeated supersets together, causing LOTS of reorganization, limited in organization, and even if you put a time for a extercise it Requires reps before saving, but that defeats the purpose of having a time to do an extercises... its so you dont count reps you use time.

Simple, easy to use. Allows multiple routines on free version and is easy to use during the workout. Quick to setup. This was the 4th app I tried and the first to be exactly what I was looking for. Update: when in the middle of a timed exercise, it causes my phone to freeze. Loses count, speeds up. Music stops, and always when I'm doing something when it's not convenient to stop. (rowing) need to find an app that let's me play music and workout.

Great app. However, when you swipe across for another exercise (for instance if the machine is occupied), it leaves a check mark on top for the previous exercises you've skipped. Similarly, when you swipe back to perform those exercises you've missed, there's no check mark for the exercise you've just completed. I think this should be fixed so the user can clearly see which exercises has not been performed.

I have tried a lot of workout apps and this one is the best! It suits my every need without being overly complicated or having a learning curve. It was such a relief to find. I just wanted something with the right setup for me to organize and access my own workouts without having to report to it like it was my trainer or only be able to input workouts that it pre-made. This is perfect. Color coded. Simple. Elegant and helpful with exercise suggestions IF needed.

The app itself it is great. But till now has a few points that are holding me back from actually buy it. One is the fact that when you set a superset or even when change from one exercise to a second one, it doesn't count the rest time between them. it goes straight to the exercise, at least on the first time. It also happens at the end of the exercise, when moving from one to another exercise. Second is that you can't set the rest times between exercises separately, or at least keep time set.

Good app. Great collection of exercises but also the option to put in your own exercises. Great to be able to plan your own workout or choose someone else's. Minor issue - if an exercise is paused when it's being timed, it seems impossible to restart it so I ended up having to use the timer on my phone. Just a minor annoyance but excellent app otherwise

I wish you could just check off exercises as you do them, rather than having a timer going as soon as you select something. It's never going to be a totally accurate time, since I'm moving around the gym and using different equipment and can't constantly be using my phone, and the time is running during that and stressing me out. I do love the wide range of exercises in the catalog though, and using this as a basic planner is helpful.

I'm honestly not sure why every fitness outlet isn't recommending this app. Most apps try to do too much or too little, this one lets you customize your own workouts, take your own pace, and has helpful reminders. It also has a really cool control function in the notification bar so you can control your workout when you're in another app. Awesome!

So far, this is the best app I've found for building a routine. As a beginner, this is very important to me. I was able to pick exercises from the extensive list, set up sets and reps (along with rest intervals between them), and put them in the order I want. I also discovered the countdown feature, which beeps to let you know a time period is ending. There is one feature, though, that I would like to see added: An alarm. Let's say I want to exercise at 3:30pm. I'd like the app to set off an alarm and open the routine at 3:30pm, so I don't have an excuse for missing a workout other than choice. Add this feature, and you become 5 stars!

This is a really useful app, as picking a selection of exercises or giving you the option of creating your own ones, where you can add your own pics for your and others guidance. Though I wish that they allowed reps to go into the 100s instead of 99, thus having to great another set, which isn't too bad, but it would be more convenient. Also allow people to log in a workout the day after for when they had forgotten to as when not using the phone. But still good app, would recommend

This is a keeper - stands out among similar apps. And non-intrusive ads. I have a fair idea of what I want to do in a gym, so the library (and minimal ads) are why I kept this installed while deleting others. That said, the huge library is both the best and worst feature. It's so long, and search hasn't been optimised yet. Some things for the dev. 1 - I should be able to randomly add exercises as I find them, then shape them into a routine before hitting workout. Create a save button in the workout, or allow the exercises in a routine to be reshuffled and saved. 2 - Providing the option to only show one muscle group in the library would make it far easier to navigate... getting tired of typing the muscle group every time I want to add an exercise. 3 - Preload the Weights/Time-Distance radio buttons with each exercise. Users shouldn't have to select the time button for something as obvious as air bike. Still, excellent app. You've really kept it austere and focused and not tried to out-do the industry.

Excellent app. Just what I was looking for. Nice to have an app I can tailer my own workouts on, instead of having to use a routine someone else created. Wish it had the ability to add notes after the workout that could be quickly viewed as part of the history. If that one piece of functionality was added, it would be 5 stars. Still my go-to app.

Brilliant app, perfect for weight lifting. Has everything you need and all backed up to the cloud. Love not having to unlock your phone to use it once you've started a workout. Having tried lots of others this is the best value for money bit doesn't scrimp on features and ability to customise. A lot.of other apps also have a lot of annoying features that aren't really necessary/relevant to everyone's workout goals, and not able to turn them off.

I use this app for my daily weights machine workouts. I used the free version for a while, and after a week I decided to pay for the premium version. While this does have some extra features (such as adding your own photos and editing the workout plan during a workout), I don't feel that these extra features warrant the reasonably high price for the paid version.

Good app, simple to use, excellent range of exercises and the ability to add custom ones as well is just brilliant. My only gripes are that there is no rest period between different exercises and I'd like to be able to pause the workout. If your using static weights in a gym you can't always get on the machine you need at the time you need it so it can completely through your time out if you have to wait.

Missing features. This app is missing features. For example, I would like to create a AMRAP routine that will repeat a series of exercises for a certain number of rounds while being timed. Another thing missing are exercises like running or skip rope. Of course it's possible to make custom exercises if you wanted to. I paid for the upgraded version and regret it now.

The amount of workouts available is unrivaled in any other app I could find however the workouts themselves are quite ridged. I am unable to add rests in between the different exercises and there is no pause function for when I need to change my music ect, always on the countdown. However I like that it shows the exercises in the moving picture and gives you the tips while you are working out, this app is fantastic! I wish it came on Windows so I could have it on my tablet as well!
