My Xrays

App never works , tried to login numerous times over many many months it always says not working .

Unable to log into the app. Error message says "Trust failure (Authentication failed; see inner exception)." Was able to log into the website but my scan was not uploaded yet ( had scan 5 days ago). It does say 1 scan is pending upload though. Maybe this is why I cannot log into the app yet...? I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help.

Unable to log in. Initially I had no problem at all. Now I'm getting a 'No route to host' every time I try to log in. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled but nothing has changed. Disappointing.

Cannot fully load report. Gets stuck on opaque screen with loading symbol obscuring the text. App then freezes - cannot go back, have to force quit app.

It was going so good until i was needing the reports and just wouldnt load . Tryed many times to open amd veiw them and everytime id log in and click reports it just say its loading and kinda freezes in load mode

Straightforward app! Had a little problem where my scans wouldn't load but contacted the service team and the problem was solved in no time! Great job!! :)

Can log in and see scan pics but report wont load even though its been available for over 2 weeks now. Just keeps giving me a loading screen which I have to close the app to do anything.

It won't work,, says connection timed out. Need to access my scan so I know what's wrong as I can't get to my doctor to see results as its a whole day travel.

Downloaded the app done everything I had to could not see my scans or x-ray when I tried to open it, this is a bit of a worry I hope this is not a scam

Hopeless, can't log in and reset my password 3 times and still can access my results. I would give negative star rating if possible

Could sort out the zooming feature much better than it currently is qq

Worst xray app. Can't load any reports or images app crashes everytime I try.

Just followed instructions and keep on getting error message not a good app

Craps out. Can't open anything. Freezes the phone.

I was unable to access my x-ray or scan 30 hours after procedure.

App was working fine now won't up load files app keeps shutting down

Cannot upload the app

Report won't load. What's the point? Had to go in person to get the report. Waste of time.

Really easy to use.

Says account not activated. Doesn't say how I can activate.

I would give it NO star because it won't let me create an account like WHAT THE HELL IS THE ISSUE HERE!!!???

Always having trouble viewing my report. Disappointed
