Would probably be a nice app if I could do half of these positions. There's no real "beginners" mode so I have no idea how to properly place myself without hurting or stretching something too far.

These yoga asana moves are easy on the body. I have a bad back with disc issues so I do what I can and dont worry about what I cant! My opinion, any balancing resources and strengthening resources can help with preventive health maintenance for the body!
