There is an issue with the app. You cannot resubscribe a bundle if you use all the data before the expiry date; you have to wait till the expiry date. We see only the unsubscribe button which does not even work and shows this message, "You cannot unubscribe this offer right now". Please have a look into it, it is very frustrating. Other than this, the app is pretty good.

There is some issue with the app. During installation, every time you try to write pin received through SMS, the app tells you that the pin is incorrect. When you keep on trying for three it four times, your account is locked. Rubbish. Ufone app is lot more better in this regard

This is app has always proved a blessing for me. It's one of my goto apps. But it's been 3 days since this problem now. My app just doesn't open. It's shows an error and says that it detected an unusual behavior and shuts down instantly. Fix this issue It's a request! :)

Also, firstly the feedback should be a simple text box, not a whole survey, and secondly, the survey form is in Chinese, which makes it useless for Pakistani consumers. Please fix this.

The new update caused the app to stop working at all on my phone. Instead of "adding" support to Android 12, it completely bricked the app with "we have detected an unusual behavior error code 1005". And then the app has the audacity to send push notifications again and again

This ap isn't worth mainly If you're subscribed to a package you can't resubscrib it or unsubscribe you have to wait for the expiry date And sometimes if you subscribe to a package it shows " you don't have sufficient balance for this offer" even if you have double or triple more than that. This app is useless until they fix these issues

Latest Facebook package detail is not present in application. As you know, the updated social mini package is now existing instead of only Facebook 6GB data. This detail is still not present in this application. So misleading information for customers. I mean outdated application.so you need to update the application with all latest features.

My problem is that despite having my data package, the Facebook app starts running on automatic zong free data. And this is happening again and again. But why? We are slaves. This app is as bad as it's network service. App keeps saying check your internet connection and try again while I can surf internet on any app be it YouTube, chrome, jazz TV, jazz world, telenor etcetera etcetera. But zong keeps saying check your internet connection. After resetting it's cache now app say's you are offline.

Somehow the My Zong App get deleted from my mobile phone. When I download it again and tried to register my number it says, "Authentication Failed. Mobile number and pin do not match". What should I do now? What is going on is that it send pin to my number and when I open text message inbox to copy the pin and then return to enter it the app reverse back to the start where its logo appears. I played this mouse and cat game several times. I gave up. Help me please.

App is amazing, but the reward which was given to me after downloading this, has not given to me. It should be free to use even when you don't have the internet so that someone after opening the app can make his/her own suitable package. Also the site of Zong should be free from having the data to open it.

I cannot contact with zong using contact us from your app menu. It shows notification, that we received lot of queries and will take longer time. And after waiting for more than 5 minutes nothing happens and cannot reload the options. If you are living in a place where zong internet is slow, you will face the above problem Everytime.

The problem with Zong is that after buying a package from the app, it take about 15 to 20minutes to activate the package. So if are in an emergency and need internet urgently it is going to be a problem. I don't understand why it has to take so much time to activate, it's like Zong uses Pentium II computers to process the request. It's ridiculous

Very very bad network . I have never ever used this type of network for internet usage. Please fixed the Speed issues. And soory this rating is not for the app .
