Having issues opening app. Does not load, it just kicks me out everytime. I think i have tried about 10 times in one day.
I like this app but it would be more helpful to me if I can access ALL of my multiple accounts instead of having to completely log out of one before logging in to another.
My app on my old phone looks the same but I could see the balance without signing in and gave me the option of using a pin to sign in ??!!!???

When you try to enter your Birthday, it gives you today's calendar, but going back 30 years by month takes a long time.

I just finished installing it and it was asking me for my user ID and password. Shouldn't it ask me to register first? Then I can create a user name and password. Didn't make any sense for first time users.
Constantly crashes on my phone (Samsung S20 FE)

At first the app was fine easy to use. All of a sudden I have to get a pin to log in evertime even though I check remember this device. Please fix this issue very inconvenient. I am not sure what happened but it was fine at first.
The app works just fine. I set up my account through the website first, then setup the app. I had no problems with using any of the features, although I was concerned after reading poor reviews. It does have a lot more options than the old app, however it was a much needed update. Thank you.
Won't let me enable quick login. I have to create a PIN and register the phone as a new device every time. When viewing my accounts I can't see the balance change with each transaction. The older app was easier to use and was much more streamlined and simple. This is just a mess.
I would like to give more stars, but there are a few issues. When I login and check enable quick login box, it prompts me to enter a four digit code. After I do so, then log out and log back in later, it prompts me to do the same thing all over again. Also when I go to a certain account the whole app just closes.
This app is horrible. I could not log in and after a few attempts I was locked out until Monday. I'm switching banks..i need access to my funds & customer service 24/7
All I get is an eternal white screen when I try to see my account info. I have to use the website because the app doesn't work.
This application is functioning the way I expected it to. The UI is smooth and is quick to respond. So far so good.
This app stinks! I have wasted more time trying to login, have tried customer service they can't help, back to going to the back to deposit checks

Super easy to use, and I mean really easy. Love it!
App will not allow me to quick save login and prompts me to reset a code Everytime i try to login. I remembered my username and password, so that's not the issue. So I called the branch, they said this was not a widespread problem maybe it's my device. No it's your app that has flaws. I left one bank for poor customer services. I'm thinking......
I like the direction of the new app, keep up the enhancements. The look and feel is a vast improvement from before. It's easier and quicker to use when transferring money or paying bills. I appreciate the new security features as well.
App doesn't work! I have been unsuccessful with several attempts to login using the mobile app. I have been locked out and unrecognized. Please fix the glithes. This is so frustrating!!!
The app won't even download! Highly fustrating.
When I hit the app icon, I get a blank white screen. The app has popped up when I sign in online via the website (basically having my browser open and then clicking on the app again) but now it's just a blank white screen no matter if I'm logged in via the website.
