crashed a lot. won't let me put in my own contacts and demands access to phone's contacts or else it won't work

Fun to use
I like the idea, but I can't recommend this app to clients with the current data collection policy and the app demanding access to contacts to even open. This would be easy to get around by allowing people to enter their own contact information. There is no need to send private data from vulnerable people, especially when the policy does not explain how it will be used or why it is needed.
This is a great idea, great app. I really want to use it, and share it with others, but I can't get the contacts to load on my Samsung Galaxy S4. Tried reinstalling, nothing is working. Just sits there and spins saying "loading contacts." Tried emailing the support email on this page and haven't gotten a response.
Definitely a glitch that needs to be addressed. Not the only user with this problem. Great idea, but it has a major hangup for some users right now. It will not retrieve the contacts from your contact list and will not let you add them manually. So it literally becomes useless...
Drains battery. Good app, but what good does it do if I don't have any battery to make a phone call. App used 70% of my battery in just over 1 hour running in the background. Not good.
Can't load contacts. No way to just manually add the information. Very frustrating. Glad I'm not in crisis
Starting a support group. I have been through a 5150 and this is something i count on. We recommend that your loved ones check it out also! Please, it will bring some asurance.
Won't load 3 contacts. Only get one. We links won't connect or aren't valid anymore. Please fix. Could be life saving.
Stuck on loading contacts page and never loads...Great concept otherwise. (Phone is Samsung S5)

I would like to recommend this app to our callers, but it keeps crashing on my Samsung Galaxy S4.
My psychologist recommended My3, and I was excited to peruse it. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the app due to technical performance issues on My3's side; the app flashes repeatedly upon trying to access My Contacts. The only option is to close the application as it perturbed any other actions I try to take on my phone, leading me to uninstall it before any use.
