My6 - Book & Save at Motel 6

The app was good until the last update. Now it keeps coming up with errors messages. Can not book rooms on the app anymore

somewhat streamlined in the functionality of this app. the problems I found was it was hard to add that I had a pet as I always do it doesn't save that I'm a military member although it saves me as of my six member and 25% of the time when I book on the app I get to the motel 6 and they don't have me. super frustrating.. hoping the new update that's just been released is better

The Motel 6 app is great, You have the option of selecting the kind of discount you may qualify for, I.e. AARP or AAA or military, corporate, et cetera. Beware of calling the so called booking number off of Google maps. There's some kind of scam going on there, I think Google has been hacked. Safer to use the official Motel 6 app.

This app made me waste 70 dollars I had it set at a certain booking date, I ended up closing tab didn't clear It, opened it back up and thought it was on same date so I made reservation but it changed it to that night, I never knew about it got charged 70 dollars and never got to check in hotel, and never got a refund back

I really appreciate the motel 6, I'm very comfortable. ladies are all very nice. The rooms are clean. I do recommend that if you are visiting Fresno or just want some time alone, Motel 6 is the place to stay they will even leave the light on. I have stayed at the motel 6 on Belmont and 99. very nice ladies, also very clean rooms. Belmont Motel 6 the rooms have a microwave and refrigerator and that is cool.

Booked 2 rooms in California from Canada. App clearly stated $237.41 CAD total including tax for each. That would have been approximately $187.09 USD on that Day. Confirmation charged $221.74 USD including tax which would have been approximately $281.38 CAD. This is a very significant difference!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS APP

i love the My6 app.....I am able to use my AARP discount. Along with the fact it shows all rooms available. It has really just been all around great. It is extremely easy to use and understand.

Disingenuous they use false advertising they lie and give you a lower price when it's 32 $40 more just so you waste your time messing with them The Operators are unprofessional so buyer beware don't waste your time

Haven't used it a lot but so far it works great. I've got good rates on rims do far

We have been here for 3 months , Martha is a excellent manager, very kind, Martha could easily give us the boot but she knows our situation and we have kids, we literally have nowhere else to go. All of the staff is very friendly.

Ask for update i update ask for my credit card information I enter it Our system is experiencing some technical difficulties. So why do I need to update?

app doesn't work on moto G power or my tablet. it used to work fine on both until an update last year. i just use the webpage, it works fine with both android devices

This app does not allow you to get multiple discounts. It also doesn't give you any "rewards" for your stays at motel6. It also guarantees the lowest rates, however, you only get the same rates as if you walk into the hotel and get the nightly hotel rate. The only reason this app exists is to cheat you out of lower rates and free nights you would earn with other apps and booking programs. I recommend just bypassing Motel 6 as they are declining in service, value, and overall safety.

Shows one price then ups the price when you click on it. Misleading false advertising. Don't trust this app or company. They lie, manipulate, and take advantage of you.

This app is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend anyone downloading or using it, as it has too many buds to help it does not show you every Motel 6, yet reset your password arbitrarily, does not recognize your email, does not recognize linking it to Facebook in your account, and I must emphasize this a lot, there is zero technical support or help. I have tried for 6 months to get these issues resolved, and I have finally had enough. There are no phone numbers, or help.

Have been using that app for almost a year now. It makes it so much easier & faster to make reservations. Even if it's last minute!

Best place I have ever been I the last three months Martha is a wonderful person people that work in the office are helpful and understanding

I use this app Every time I book a room at motel 6. Simply because if your a member (which is super easy to sign up for) you get a extra discount for being a member, saves about anywhere from $10-$30 per night. If you stay for multiple nights you save even more using the app. Super good deal super worth using the app.

Well, I booked one time through the app, for one night stay, and it lists a transaction history now that is completely false. I paid cash the next day at the office window for an extra day, and the app lists that I have booked two nights through the app, and paid $131 which was not even the total amount that I did pay all together for the two nights. To me this is Pinky, as in shystie, as in not reliable. Also, I'm generally having issues with Motel 6 Corporation overall.

This is the worst app. I consistently have sign in problems. It makes me change my password. Then when I try to sign in again, it says password invalid! Today I changed it again & tried to make a reservation. It didn't confirm my info so I kept trying to enter it. Then I got three reservation confirmations! Then it wouldn't let me sign back in to cancel the extra two. Very frustrating.

UPDATE: APP has improved some. Able to search reservations. Motels are showing on map IF I know where to search and zoom in close enough. Used to love this app, but it's glitching now. Won't show motels on map. Won't show my reservations. Been like this for a few weeks now.

This is not the greatest of hotels, but it's great for the money! Not a bad experience! Only suggestion I have would be that they need actual blankets on the bed. We have a sheet and then the super thin top "blanket". Usually there is a thicker blanket in between but not here.... :( very uncomfortable at night.

This Hotel in North Palm Springs & the one on East Palm are a joke both GM"S are Racist as hell and don't dare try to correct them on anything if you do the put you on what's called a "DNR" List (Do Not Rent) now from what I've been told that list consist of mostly"African Americans) . When you call the Corporate Office they play pass the buck and tell you that it's on the Hotel all I know is that there needs to be a stop to all of this hiding racism behind your job and if you're on this list.

I really love rooms, clean & comfy. Staff very nice as well. 😁

It was a great stay. The staff there in Cedar Park are helpful and friendly. Very understanding of people's situations. I seen them help several people. The rooms were clean and tidy. Very welcoming. The front desk clerk Liya, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
