Not sure what the issue is, but I've installed and reinstalled maybe 5xs. Had reset my password everytime. And it will not record my blood pressure readings and send it straight to my doctor. This app only allow me to see my chart and make appointment... so disturbing and disappointing.
This my fourth time installing and it keeps stopping midway not allowing me to open. I sent several feedback emails informing you about my issue to which was never resolved. I have an appointment on Monday, April 27, 2020. This appointment is virtual and without the app fully opening my appointment can not take place. I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10. My phone or my internet connection is not the problem. Final request is being for you all to fix the issue.
App used to work, hence 2 stars. Have not been able to login for months now; it tells me there has been a computer error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't help
An incredible app for modern day healthcare. This app has everything from adding appointments directly to your calendar, recieving test results, getting correct medical advice, to communicating directly with your medical team. It is a must have for all AMMC patients & family members.
I just completed my survey . . . and I am very pleased with the improvements. I am also 'learning' - thank goodness! I am getting ready for in/out surg. on 11/23 and my covid booster the following week! The app has made communication between my doctors & me much simpler! Thank you so much!
terrible, takes forever to receive an email to get code, and once do boom code no longer works gee thx...then if u get locked out of ur account guess what u gotta search google for a phone number cause they dont got any numbers on the app
I am trying to use this for an upcoming virtual appointment, and it doesn't open when I try and open the app. It keeps force stopping. I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy 10, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My issues with logon were solved by the developer. App seems serviceable but still buggy when trying to look at all the features.
won't let me long on through the app. The only way I can log on is by typing out the website and going in that way. I am pregnant with twins and want to use the babyscripts app and i am unable too bc the only way to use it is through the app :(
Does everything I expect and does it well. Allows me to copy appointments to my Google Calendar, I can see test results, I can message doctors, etc
Used to work, but haven't been able to log in using the app for a couple months now. Error message says it can't communicate with the server.
The babyscripts feature doesn't work. I put in my due date and it won't submit to let me access anything else.
Can not get into my chart. Since luminis took over I have been trying to change my password. No response to emails.
I am trying to use the app on my android and it keeps telling me there was a problem communicating with the server, please try again later. Can you please let me know what is going on?????
Love this app. Its so much easier to access my records or send a message to my doctor.
If you make one mistake with username or pasword it is very very difficult to rezet anything!!!!!
Luminis Health (MyChart) is the best. Handles everything you need! It helps when you have the best doctor ever:)
I had an issue and it was fixed right away! I love it, everything is in one place.

Get app to keep track of medical records, appointments and sending messages back and forth to the doctor, however not all functions work. Each time I try to sync health gadgets to record blood pressure the app shuts down. Not sure if it is a android issue or it is occurring with Apple too. Please fix, not helping with blood pressure when it doesn't work.
