Very sluggish response. Most of the time when i open the app it doesn't even show the icons. The transfer option has the same problem. Moreover, when you try to add payee account it does not add it to the list and stop working, just shows progress line and nothing happens.

Absolutely horrible. The inefficency of the app has caused me great loss of time and money. Shortly after registration, I wasnt able to log in. It keeps giving error message of "Invalid Username/password" so I tried changing it. But its the same issue with the new password as well. It wont login to the website either. Then my account was blocked. Connecting to helpline is a hassle itself since they dont respond readily. And even after all of that I still cannot login for a simple transaction.

It's not 1 star it's ZERO Star review. I wish I could rate the review in negative stars. Everytime I open the app it's not connecting. Not on Wifi, not on Sim 1, not on sim 2 data. Worst mobile app ever. After millions of attempt, if the app opens it still shows error in adding payee or transfer funds. Irony is ABL was bank of the year in 2021. Please check your banking app services and please don't spoil your good will. Thanks!

Previous versions were somewhat good current version is third class. Even I can't register fingerprint sensor I tried many time to create RAAST I'd that's also not working even I am not able to change my debit card ATM pin. Quite disgusting version do work on these mentioned queries 🥺

Overall good experience but having a problem now. I'm unable to receive any sms after changing my mobile phone, while it was working perfectly on my previous mobile. Does anyone have a solution? Helpline people are unable to resolve this issue as usual!

When the amount is written to transfer money, the Amount should come in the words below. So that no Extra money is transferred by mistake. The amount should be written in large and bold font like UBL app. The font in your app is too small and people with poor eyesight like us often have difficulty to read. People often send their account number in SMS for money transferring, but the app does not allow us to paste the copied text (Account Number). Consider that sixteen digits Account number has to be checked again and again. If the copy-paste option is open, it will be so very easy.

One of the worst online banking apps. Many times it won't open saying "network request failed" although the network is working all right. Sometimes it crashes saying "system cannot process this request". Sometimes it won't transfer funds because OTP isn't received. Many problems are there in the app and iy needs proper service.

1. Login takes a lot of time 2. After login it doesn't show balance 3. Can't change atm pin from app, after putting old and new pin the "OK" button doesn't work 4. Can't activate e-commerce option, even after they send otp and verification mail 5. Need to fix a ton of bugs soon or you will lose thousands of customer 6. There are many good banks with good apps. And no need to reply to this, I know how to contact your bots through mail.

Its not registering my account. I've tried so many times but it doesn't giving me any response. It makes it such a vulnerable app with respect to other banking apps. Plz fix this issue as soon as possible o rather we ( all friends ) will have to change our accounts to any other bank as their acknowledgment of our accounts through app is way too easy and reliable.

Pathetic experience with this app. Money transfer option always has some issues. Moreover the app is very slow. Adding new options isn't just enough. The app running team should really work to make those options workable.

Best digital banking app and using it from past 5 years. Just want one more feature if possible by the technical staff. Kindly add all recent payment transaction through which we can pay in future to that person, like payment to shopkeeper etc. so we can pay someone whom we dont't really want to add in payees. Very worst experience ever, Very bad App,It always give network error on WIFI, whereas the HBL & MBL App is running good on same WIFI. I didn't done 1 single transaction since I opened the Acount in ABL due to it's network problem. 👎👎👎

The app is not opening in this new update. The message is coming from the number that you have logged in. But it does not happen. Please correct this bug and improve it as soon as possible.Thanks

The biometric button is very down and it can't be press . Please fix this biometric button and place above its unable to press because on left and right side there is also alot of text as well. Please take my review seriously.

Its even doesn't deserve 1 star. Very very bad experience Very slow..... Some times even most of times icons doesn't show. Just waste of time.... Open my abl app then go to take a cup of tea. Meanwhile may be its show some icons..

Very poor & useless app. I tried 100 times for money transfer, each time it showed up that system cannot process. No account available, even when I logged in. App means to process operations just by one touch not that type of poor service. ABL don't deserve bank of the year award, they just deserve flop or poor banking credit. If ABL management can't handle the App operations smoothly, they should remove the app, so that clients not face that headache.

It used to be a great app but been unresponsive lately on regular intervals. Not showing any balance or transfer problem also coming.

Absolutley amazing app...i can pay my education fees,utilities bill,fund transfer within a minute, i can transfer to my easypaisa account..any time any where i can check my statement,balance...so i give 5 star and fully statisfied from the app.

Deserves less than 1 Star. How ABL can be so ignorant and casual to such a serious issue. App has bugs and compatibility issues. Home screen shows only two sub icons in right bottom corner. And please don't reply me with Auto-Formal jargons of yours. At least, let us know if you are resolving this, so we don't switch to a bank that has better user-friendly apps. Have some class BANKU.

The worst app on my phone, features not working properly. Both web and mobile app has bugs. It's not fetching the data from server, unable to transfer amount.

No transection have been done by this app till now, since I am using this app. Also, Their Visa card is not working for international payments and I have complained many time to their respective support team but they can't even solve my problem. I am rating this app 0/1000.

ABL made a name for itself with its state-of-the-art facilities but unfortunately it is rapidly losing its quality. Whenever I transfer funds it says "system cannot process the payment Please try later". After entering the OTP, it does not move any further. Upstairs processing is done but money is not transferred. This app was great before the update but now it is useless. If you don't have the ability to use technology, it's best to eliminate it.

Horrible horrible experience! Everytime I need to login it doesnt do so! If fortunately enough I am able to login I can't transfer. Complain already lodged but no luck. My money is stuck.

Very bad app.. every time i want to make transection the app shows transaction amount invalid and call center person says there is no issue in my acount details.. what to do now for my online purchases

This app became worse. No data shows if I try to get statement or transaction history. Also could not add new payee information.

I have got an issue inthis app. Before i had used it was good but now it creates problems like it doesn't accept the password and infact if i want to change password the issue be like"your account is blocked due to privacy concerns".

Extremely buggy app and api. Not reliable. I complained about the service and abl support tells me they are going to reply to complain in 7 - 10 working days. And during this time i cannot use the app as it is not working.

ABL app is very easy and smart But Since last week i face many difficulties ,, every time when i tried to send money more than 10000 app show error that the entered amount is incorrect, mean rcntly days i couldn't snd money more than 10k this is very disappointing.. And also today i couldn't do any transaction through My Abl app... Please fix these issues as soon as possible.... Thanks
