I was unibank's customer and used their app.Compared to unibank app Accessbank's app is weak.Nevertheless app doesn't mean everything for me.Customer service is much important than just app.Accessbank's customer service is much higher than unibank.They always value their customers and take care of any issues related to bank itself.That was the main reason switching from damned unibank to Accessbank.It would be great to add features on app as all mobile payments,turnover statement,invoice payment
Regretted why i downloaded this app. I can't login because i've never registered and there is no place for registration of new user. The quality of the application is too low, i don't want to believe access bank owns this app, maybe an individual created this sha
Deserve no rating cause one is waisted of my time and data,i delete all the necessary application on my phone just to use it..when downloading it finished it bring login no creating of account so annoying
This app is so helpful on me, but now After "sign in" app doesn't turn on with Android 10.0 device, hope you could fix it, thanks.
New update description: "Transfer from other bank cards to own accounts" But how? I couldn't find such functionality within app. Card to Card function isn't the transfering of funds form other bank cards to own accounts. Correct description of functionality.

The App doesn't have a section for new users because it was requesting for username and password which we weren't given. I then call the call center it wasn't going and the chat brought out a foreign language. Which obviously isn't a nigerian language. Pls how can i get the Nigerian mobile banking app for access bank

This is a dysfunctional app with a lot of errors, it takes about five days to load and then after I enter my pin it just states that there is a network error when my internet Is perfectly fine and working.
