Basically this app reminds you each week whether it's just garbage or also recycling week. I can't tell you how many times I would have missed it. Awesome app, with little space taken up, and no annoying notifications. If you're having trouble with payments, just use the website for automatic payments. Super simple stuff.

It's very helpful getting reminders. Also for different information.

The app is good to remind you of your pick up day. BUT I have complained 2x that the app doesn't allow you to put in bank info/card info as either the "account type" (bank) or the "expiration date" (card) is "ubclickable". When you click payments it takes u to a login page you can go to the "full site". But still website has same unclickable issues so can't pay online at all. I've called & they said should be able to pay on app/online. Per emails "we've never had this issue" but seems common.

It's very helpful to get a reminder the night before trash pickup. I especially appreciate the reminder of recycling pickup, since that service is only available every other week.

It's very nice to have reminders when recycling pickup will happen. I always remember trash day, I don't always remember recycling. The notifications from this app are a great reminder.

I have only been using it for notifications of pickup day date for changes during holiday weeks. It has been very helpful for that.

No text on any of the screens. Only icons. So, i have no idea what they do. I have already contacted support and given them the info and screen captures they requested.

It is basic but very handy for knowing the recycling days. Notifications are very helpful.

I love that it sends notifications to remind me that it is recycling week (or not) and the tool to look up what can be recycled is helpful.

This is great! I don't have go find the kitchen calendar to find out when recycling is picked!

It reminds me when garbage day is a day before it comes. And it says what goes out when! Fantastic app!

Easy, non invasive, app that reminds us of garbage dates, Holiday dates, & when its garbage and recyclables.

Works good and is a nice reminder for normal and holiday pickup schedules.

Wow. Just put in my address and that was it. I didn't have to create an account, make up a user name or password. Easy peasy.
