app is not working on android. It says I need to update my app to the latest version. I tried but their is not a later version available. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it's still not working. It keeps giving me the same message that I need to update my app to the latest version....so annoying!
Been using this app for 3 years all the sudden can't open it any more. it said app is out of date, time to update. but where can I update since this app itself last update was 9/30/2015. I try uninstall and reinstall but not thing happen. I'm confused. !!!!
Everytime I try to make a payment through this app and submit its stuck on still submitting for 3 mins or more then go back to the payment amount like it was never made so I called customer service about it and he acted like I was bothering him about the situation and wasn't to helpful!
My app keeps saying I need to update my version, yet when I go to the app store there isn't an option to update. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall, same message.
ADT customer over 5years. Most fustrating not able to download this app. Thankful the 1st app still holds great, to view all my activity from work. FIX IT!!..This is not good ADT. Delete portion below, if you like... Please don't take the positive words & posted it on this app, your older customers are watching & sharing.
When I tried to log in it changes to a page that says I need to update the app, sending me to the app store. There I found NO updates. I just deleted the app and paid my bill online.
I could not sign in due?, it would not accept my email login...After getting into the app, I still don't have any area to pay the bill. This app is a 3.1 on google but 2.1 on the app itself. Please fix.
lots of Errors come up. it will give you a confirmation number but not actually accept your payment!! your left thinking you paid only to get hit with double the bill next month 😤🤬😡
Never works, ALWAYS shows "unexpected error occured". Uninstalled it and installed it again, same thing. This app does not work.
This app has been pretty good. Aside from the companies failure to replace this app the way others do, they just stopped supporting it with no clear upgrade/replacement.
I received a call saying my bill was due, I had just paid it, a few weeks. App won't let me open it. It says I have to update app. I've checked and nothing needs to be updated! what's going on?

Won't let me see payments I've made been having app since 2014 and my last update was in 2015. Time to get a update in this app or time to update to a new provider.

horrible, i have used this app twice unexpected error message and submitting continues for ever it does not time out.

App hangs up. Appears to have made your payment until your overdue bill arrives. Needs fixed.
Does not let me process payments. Says an unexpected error has occured. Never changes from that.
This app is pure garbage always saying unexpected error and that's why I'll always pay my bill late. Fix the damn app
App stops responding. Some days it works other days it doesn't.

basically worthless. in the last 5 months of trying to pay with the app, I've had to call to pay because while the app said I made a payment, it didnt go through and my payment was late. gives me an error every time I log in now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app based on direction from customer support. still doesnt work. if they cant get an app working, how am I supposed to believe that ADT is securing my house? edit: hi Jackie, I did, as stated above. what else can they assist with?
