I posted a bad review about two weeks ago... And it's gone missing. The app is no longer operational. This happened two updates ago. After the login page it auto quits every time. I've tried all of the tricks. Nothing fixed it. The app updated a day or so ago and I thought for sure this would be fixed. It wasn't. Now there's two factor authentication but the app quits immediately after that. So, it's still 0% functional.

This app was working great until a few months back when it got an update and now It just let's you sign in and do the 2nd verification and then the screen freezes up and nothing happens. I have deleted the app and re-download the app and made sure all updates were made, but still nothing works. Would someone please fix this or let me know if I need to do anything else.

I also have the MyChart app. These apps are all basically identical, in regard to messaging, test results and making appts. One reviewer gave the app a negative review b/c of the 2-factor security sign-in process. Not aware that this feature can be changed in the settings of your acct. I went into setting and set up the Biometrics feature, where I sign in with my fingerprint. You can also remove this 2nd security feature. Go into the apps on your phone and set notifications and get notified whenever there's activity for you to view. It takes a little learning curve to use these apps. I'm 60yrs old and it's no problem.

You have a username and sign in with a password, but before you can get in, you go through a SECOND verification process, in which you're SUPPOSED to be sent, either via email or text, a six digit numerical passcode. Nice in theory, but it NEVER comes on the first try, or second, and on and on. I've spent 40 minutes WAITING for this second passcode, switching back and forth between email and text, patient and hopeful that soon it will arrive. Once you're in it's great, but I've come to DREAD it.

The app seems to get less usable with each update. Rather than having a coherent user interface model to support access to my healthcare services, the app seems to focus more in on itself and obscure interface and cryptic terminology. I'm not sure if the app developers ever did usability tests with actual users who need to use the app to access healthcare.

Saturday March 12th, Livewell application still has a blank screen and Android reports the application isn't responding. I have to keep choosing close. The option of wait does not work. I can go on online in browser and view everything. March 24th 2022. This application still doesn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It's still blank. What the hell do you people do with your day, fix this mess you've created

Mostly works well but when I went to view test results, they flashed on the screen for 1/2 second and then disappeared, leaving only the commentary at the bottom.

Wow, I am truly impressed with the updated version of this app. Not only is it user friendly and accessible, it well-organized, and is rich with informative health-related content - and all of it is so easy to navigate through. As a user/patient I am so satisfied that I can easily access and update my information, make scheduling changes, and find helpful information to improve my health in such a well-designed app. Shout-out to all those designers and software engineers 😎

There should be an easy button for me to call advocate. I can't even search for a phone number in the app. If I can't make an appointment with a provider I've seen before in the app, there should be a one click button to call to make an appointment.

This used to be my favorite app for healthcare but not anymore. I constantly get updates in my notifications that I have either test results or appointment reminders yet when I go to the app itself there are no test results or appointment reminders there. It used to work flawlessly now it's full of flaws. It's a pain in the can to have to look at your app every day to find out that there's nothing actually in there of any importance it's. So why the notifications?

I like the app but cannot schedule an appointment with my endocrinologist. I have a chronic condition which requires regular appointments with my endocrinologist, and the fact that I cannot schedule an appointment, nor does my endo even show up on my list of providers, is very disappointing.

This app becomes progressively more difficult to use and less helpful. Files won't download on mobile devices, complete lab information requires use of a laptop (trends unavailable on mobile). Crashes often. Won't show data from other local health system anymore - from this app and the other health system's - not great for patient care. Updates are designed to benefit Advocate Aurora - not patients.

Pretty seamless experience, from login to scheduling, to patient to physician communication, been pretty pleased. There are still some UI-y like improvements that could be made but overall pretty happy with the app. Keep up the good work team!

I don't know what's going on but the app doesn't load after signing in. Uninstalled and reloaded and still the same. 1-2 weeks now. 3/14/22 I addressed the situation with the Application customer service. It is now working. Hopefully it will stay this way.

I haven't been able to sign in to my account for over a month. I uninstalled the app today, reinstalled hoping it would be a sure way I would have the latest version and yet I still can't get in. I receive a message saying there was a problem signing in. This is ridiculous! Help please.

The live well app is great and very convenient. I needed a refill on a prescription so I went to the app sent over the refill and it was simple as 1,2,3. Making a doctors appointment I don't have to call just go on the app.

This app no longer works. Once I sign in there is no functionality. When I choose to look at children, the screen goes dark. I quickly get a message that the app isn't responding.

It used to work perfectly. But now it no longer works. It either closes after signing in or just doesn't load and gets unresponsive after signing in. Update: It works on my Amazon fire tablet, but still does not work at all on my smartphone. Same version on both devices. Problem though, I can't take my tablet everywhere, there is no wifi on it when I am away from home or a wifi hotspot. So the app is useless if it isn't going to work on a smartphone.

Generally an excellent app, it allows me to see all my medical records, communicate easily with my doctors, set up appointments, and see after-treatment reports. The one thing that is hard to figure out is billing statements. i often have trouble finding them via the app. Today i found and downloaded to my phone a record of all my medical expenses for last year. But now it's disappeared from my phone and i can't find it in the app any more. It seems to have disappeared

I use Android. Live Well app is easy to use and messaging is great. Love how detailed this app is. Great app for managing my family's health information, payments, lab results, appointments, etc. Occasionally I can't get in so I go online.

I keep trying to login to see my test results and after I login the whole app stops working. It doesn't show up with anything. I can't click anything. I can't do anything. It just simply won't work.

I really hate the passcode... this should be an optional thing. Each time there is an upgrade the site gets busier and busier making it more difficult to find what you need
