When opening my account it completely stalls my laptop. Requires a full power down reset to recover. It looks like some old floppy disk DOS program.

Can't log in, login page frozen. I expected a more professional looking and working app.

Unreliable. Thought I made payment from app until next bill showed up and said I didn't. BEWARE.
They updated the website, and the app. You can no longer log in from the mobile app. It will not accept your login ID or password. They've also disabled the pasting function, so if you're using a password manager you will never get in. The changes are terrible. Even on the website they disabled, cut and paste. So again, if you use the password manager, you're out of luck.
