When prealerting, none of my images in gallery folders show. Just outline boxes. I am not going to select an image and hope it is the correct one uploaded. My app is updated. Please fix.

With those past two versions of this app, I get no notifications that my package has arrived until 3 weeks after the fact! After the last time this happened, I checked online and found out that my package had arrived even though the app said it hadn't. This needs to be fixed!

I have tried and tried to login to this app an everytime it's saying my credentials aren't right but it is because I can easily go on the website an I'm logged in no time of much effort but this hmmmmmm😡 stupid what else should I enter I put in the account number an password but nothing

The app is nice and has alot of potential but I find myself on the website more than the app. I miss the calculator in it and the payment details section of a package doesn't work properly. Everytime you have to find yourself on the website to see payment details cause the app shows it blank all the time and I also wish you could've paid for your packages through the app too. The app is also very buggy and crashes and takes long to start up.

It's a step or two backwards. I can't even log in now. I get an error saying "unable to process request". When it worked at first it wasn't easy to get your information at a glance like the old version. The maker of this app needs to realise that most people would use mobile phones but the app looks as though it was formatted for a PC or laptop.

I am unable to upload invoices in the app. It use to work before. Something has changed.

This app literally crashes every minute. Shipping rates are high, costing way more than the product itself. Sigh. So many negative review and nobody reaches out to try and correct the problems that everyone seems to be having. What's the point of using their service if they don't care?

Still not working correctly. Even after the November update the app is not staying logged in after closing. This is happening with or without fingerprint login. All other features work though.

My phone updated yesterday. The upgrade app. is a serious downgrade. Cannot close the app. Have to log in every time. The information for packages is outdated. You can get more current on the plugin extension for google chrome than from the app. Very disappointed in the latest version.

Certainly not as good as what the My Aeropost app used to be (before it stopped working). Not as friendly in seeing items at a glance. Can't scroll quickly, otherwise the app hangs a bit. But I guess it gets the job done.

This app was really useful in the beginning, but it hasn't been reliable for nearly a year. It constantly crashes, sometimes when I go to the store my orders don't show up. I'm so disappointed.

The app constantly crashes. That's if it manages to start up in the first place. I have a high end phone with lots of power. Yet it still gives trouble. Fix this 😑

HORRIBLE; to the tenth power. I signed up and downloaded 2 days ago and cannot sign in to this day. It kept on telling me that my login credential(s) is/are incorrect. Then it doesn't give recovery options. It's either I log in or create a new account. But if I try to re create my account it tells me that... "The provided Email is already used in other account. Account Emails must be unique." Did I say horrible????🤬🤬🤬

Since the recent update this app has been unusable. Can't close the app by pressing back, can't check the cost to clear the items, navigation is incomprehensible... Uninstalling and reverting to the previous version

This app is terrible, it logs you out Everytime you close the app, it freezes all the time. I just end up using the website version most of the time.

Great app... freaking love it..... but the charging fees are TO HIGH! I ordered something from amazon for $3 n change... wyy do i have to pay $13 n change for it to be shipped... i love this but the charges are to expensive especially in these times.

This app is pointless, can't even access it. Even after changing your password numerous times.

App isn't including my Pricesmart membership so I can't see that discount. Isn't saving items in my cart. When searching items, I have to go to the start of the link so the search button work.

Constantly Crashing App doesn't launch anymore for me
