Since the update I can no longer click on events, map it, or anything in the top bar under any category, fun, family, etc. Even under specific things like the theater. This makes the app completely useless. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing. This is on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
Although this is a great idea and can be very useful to personnel on base, it seems anyone can download this app. Might have some opsec issues with the maps of the base available to anyone and the activities and times available to everyone. Also the buttons don't work under any of the categories. I think if this had a certain security measures and the buttons worked correctly this would be awesome! I will keep this app hoping the next few updates will fix the issue!
After the initializing screen, it just stays on a white screen for at least a minute because my screen timed out. Using a galaxy s5 on lollipop 5.0.2
I like it. It shows the upcoming events on base and lots of other helpful information. I like clicking on the app rather than reading through emails or searching online for the information.
This app was working great prior to latest update, now it gets stuff in the opening screen. It says it cannot connect to the server from this device.
Won't load, constantly just stays on the loading screen with the silly phrases going by. Useless.
Yes, its a little slow but its the first place I look to find info on a base I'm unfamiliar with and has been a great tool.
Great effort, but menus and such are too small to read. Make them clickable or zoomable so I can see what they say and this becomes 5 stars.
Latest update absolutely crawls. Not worth the the time ot takes to use the app.
The app is slow and often bugs out so you can't click on anything. Also, FSS updates are not posted very quick.
Good concept, but poor execution. WAY TOO SLOW TO LOAD; even with top end devices and high speed connectivity! How do you expect our young airmen and their families to use this app if it can't keep up?
I cant use the app everytime I select and icon it says loading for up to 45sec. Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini
Moves so slow!! Also appears that it is not as updated as frequently as other avenues of social media, which makes it difficult to rely on.
Currently have the latest version installed in Sony Xperia ion, however it crashes at every attempt to open it
I installed this but it will not start all I get after the loading is a white screen.
I cannot click on the buttons on the top bar so the only way I can see events is to watch the scroll at the bottom. Great concept, just doesn't really work.
Several of the tabs within the app do not work. Attempt to select and nothing happens.
The loading screen doesn't go away; even after waiting for several minutes.
I do like having an app like this to find information about activities on our bases. However, it was limited and some of the functionality like bar on top was not working. I am hopeful more enhancements will he made so we can stay informed about events.
All I get is a white screen and nothing else. LG G2
I would like to be able to swipe through notifications on the bottom of the home screen. Also when I click on the chow hall info it would be nice to see the menu for the week. Thanks!!
Works well for what I need it for. Common knowledge all in one place so I don't need to go searching the web for it.
App sounds good in theory but after downloading and opening it never moves past the initial loading screen.
The only issue I have is the lag it takes forever to load in every aspect. Reminds me of 90s internet but the info is on point
After the new update I cannot access the "events" of categories. It's good when it works though. Samsung Note 3
Like all most all software the first time using it is not fun.
Needs to offer more details on the information displayed and could use more info about the bases.
The app isn't very user friendly and my base was not listed
Got this so I didn't have to walk around to figure out if something was good for dinner or if there were any events going on. Zoom in feature stopped working about 2 months ago. So there's no need for it anymore if I can't see what's going on on the pics provided. Otherwise, a good idea and convenience that is a god send on 144°+ days.
