Edit: The Feb 27 update fixed the issue with notifications. That's far too long in my opinion for a specialized app such as this which has one specific purpose. Hoping the app developers can do better in the future to address issues such as these. The app otherwise gets the job done logging allergy shots that you take. The Jan 17 update broke notifications on my S8+. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, notifications no longer work.
Getting the confirmation code while originally signing up for this app was very difficult. Furthermore, the notifications portion of this app does not seem to work at all even though it is turned on and my notifications on my phone are all turned on. On a positive note, it is a very convenient way of logging your shots.
This quit allowing me to save my injections about 3 weeks ago. To make it work, I had to go to the apps setting on my Android phone, and remove permissions for this app to use location. Once I did that, then I could save my injections as normal. I assume they will get some patch out to fix this problem, and then I can turn locations back on for this app, and once again be able to see pollen levels for my area.
The app was working fine until I had to go to my appointment and try to upload and it just wouldn't, I unstall and restall it back up it just kept searching and wouldn't load.
When the app was working, I loved the reminders, ability to make notes on the dose, the shared visibility with my allergist, and the local pollen count was a bonus. At that time, the only thing I didn't like was not being able to back date a dose. (I sometimes forgot to hit save and didn't notice it until the next day.) Other than that it was great! I have been unable to log doses for weeks. My allergist contact has been sending the problems to the designated help desk via email with no results. Unfortunately, there isn't a help desk phone number to speak with person that can help you real time. Until I am able to log dosages, I'm rating 1 star. When I was able to log the dosages, I would give it a 4 star rating.
App is in desperate need of an update/fix. I've been using it for well over a year and no sign of it getting any better. There's no telling how many times I've had to delete and re-download it because that's the only way to fix it's "connectivity error". The only reason I bother with it is it's the best way to keep up with my allergy injection therapy, desperately wish there was a better app.
In the two months that I have had this app it has only worked for about three days. It will remind me that it is time to take my shots, but will not allow me to enter and save the said shots. I try to input my doses, but it just continues to try to load. This app does not work for me, and I really wish that they would get it fixed so that I can use it.
Works great! No bugs! I am able to track my allergy injections and appointments with ease. No more paperwork! Hasn't worked since June. Been reset by my provider and reinstalled. Back to paper...
Everything worked great except the pollen location. I deleted and and downloaded again. Hopefully it will work now.
Phone did an update yesterday and now app won't allow me to log doses. Pollen levels aren't working either. i really enjoyed the app until yesterday and now it's not working.
Does not let me log my shot. I get an error message. Keeps telling me to turn on my locations... They have always been on.
So far so good. Don't understand the plethora of low ratings so far. App has worked fine for me and my allergy treatments. I'll update this if any problems do arise.
This app has some serious problems. Counts never show and half the time the notifications are wrong.
Have not been able to get past the "accept" screen on my android phone for several days
This app works just like it says. I am able to log everything here and not have to keep up with a folder.
it's a great app but the reminders stopped working. the reminders are a critical part.
It was working really well until it suddenly logged a ton of doses I never took and now it won't let me log doses at all. It just says "coming soon"
I couldn't even register. It kept saying my email wasn't found in their system. Instant DELETE.👎👎👎
Reminders don't work, forcing you to utilize other applications for reminders. In its current state, the app is worthless.
have missed days of doing my daughter's shots because the reminders have stopped working. no good without the remonders
Good for dosing reminders and history of allergies but weather and pollen forecasts unreliable.
Update on 27 Feb appears to have fixed notification issue.
having issues and I have tried emailing the company with the email provided to help me and have to received a response.
Its saying all the emails I use aren't in the system which i have never used this app before

What happened?! I've been using this app for about 2 months. Initially, it worked almost perfect. Now, I can't log in. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled, tried logging in, the app constantly spins.
