Constantly does not allow me to log in. Very frustrating when you are waiting for lab results. Please fix. I would give it zero stars if I could.
So far the app has been doing great for me but the only thing I want to know how do I add my 9 yr old son records on the app so I can see his records please help and hope I get a response ive seen most of the reviews with no response back. Thanks
The app was working a week ago when I got it now I'm not able to login its saying my lab results are ready but I can't view them the app isn't working anymore for login.
About 2 weeks ago it was great I could log in see my appointment and m y kids appointments, but now I can't even log in it says problem communicating the server. Please please fix ASAP
I have requested the owners of the MyChart app add Alta Med as an option within that app. This app basically uses the same system that MyChart uses.
Cannot log in what so ever iam trying to email my doctor big time glitch the app is saying there is a problem communicating with the server needs attention asap.
I can't log in. Problem communicating with the server. I uninstall and reinstall it. It did not help
Always a hassle to login and it doesn't even give you an option to reset your password if you forget it
No longer works. It's been having an issue connecting to the server. Pretty useless
It would be nice to enable biometric scanning like fingerprint to open app so we won't put password all the time

Before I was able to email my Dr directly and he would reply withing the hour now this app makes us send a message to a health team and they never reply its been over a week with no reply.
I can never log on to the app. Might as well just call and ask for my results.

Identity verification fails to send email code no matter how many times I click the email link.
Can not log in, first says it can not load terms and agreement and later says can not reach server tru again later

It would be nice if your "technology" could keep up with the decades old tech of making phone calls for appointments. Having a doctor I cant make appointments with makes your company literally useless. Great app. I hope its not a virus, too.
