Edit: Got worse. Login screen now displays password in plain text while failing to login. Definitely didn't do this yesterday, and now we know they're just sitting your password in text. Run away! Original review: If I have to connect through your app to see my camera, you'd better be damned sure your servers are going to stay up. I can't even leave feedback through the app, because that doesn't work either. I'm returning the hardware if it keeps going down.

How bout 1 /2 star It will. Not connect to wifi and mainly shows in black and white. You can take pictures of the video and record. It does take an SD card. And it turns almost completely around, goes up. And down. But to talk to someone you must hold the microphone button down on the app the whole time you are talking.

Horrible! Can't find the right one out of 5 apps. None of which will accept the QR code that their physical system provided, haven't been able to set up anything at all to view from our phones since we got it a month ago. More than half of the time their cameras show a white screen for seemingly no reason.. then only two cams will connect to network at a time, usually, even though our wifi is medium strength, 4 houses away. very disappointed! I recommend *NOT* buying Sannce systems.

Good app, pretty much does what you need it to do. The UI is abit heavy though and doesn't work as well on older devices... I would very much like a option to "search for local device" using IP address, as sometimes local devices don't show up everytime.....

App was working great with no problems, last updated has ruined this app, when you try and enlarge to full screen it just goes black with no live picture ...... sort it out please ...... go back to the last version of software and leave well alone

Anyone looking to buy this camera, don't. It's full of bugs and there's no way to reset the password if you've forgotten it. Their support team acknowledges this DYSFUNCTIONALITY as well. So frustrated.

Requires absurd permissions just to view cameras. Requests mic, makes sense if you want to talk through a camera. THEN requests ability to make and receive calls and everything else under the sun. This camera is going back to Amazon.

I got this around Summer of 2018, and the cam and app worked fined locally and remotely for a few months. Then around fall of 2018, I could not login to the app at all or reinstall cam. I was already weary of this whitelabel branded cam with myannke slapped on it, but since it was pretty cheap, compared to more established brands. I decided to go with it, now I am out of $50 and got a paperweight useless cam I can't return at this point, and a poorly constructed app which works 30% the time.....

Unable to actually see cameras anymore. just sits on the login page and looks like it's loading. worked fine for a long time then quit. very slow when it does work.

Am no longer able to login. Tried to use Annke Vision instead, but that app won't recognize my QR code on the bottom of the device and can't be setup manually. Have an unusable camera at this point.

Camera works great, the issue is the app, lagging connection times, sometimes you press the button nothing happens... Hmm, motion detect? Please fix app sign in.

The worst software I have ever used! Can't login when using mobile data. Can only view camera from my 2.4 GHz wifi. Broken englush everywhere. Extremly confusing doing lost everything. Returning camera asap!

Horrible app. I can see a screenshot, but will not stream video and recorded video will not stream. The app was working previously.

Needs a lot of improvement. Great when it works (a handful of times). Can't log in so had to delete app. Now app won't download. Pointless.

It works ok, but it's there not a way to ad multiple cameras. I have 3, but I have to enter sign on info for each camera to view that camera, then repeat for another. Can I add a list of cameras to choose from?

It will not let me even sign in if I'm not on WiFi. It wouldn't let me connect an email address. The is no apparent way to contact support. I cannot possibly recommend this.

This is without a doubt the slowest app I have ever used. It takes minutes to change screens. It's really not acceptable.

2nd time in 2 weeks can't login. Had to reinstall. Lots of good it does when I'm at work and can't scan the code to reinstall.

I wish I had bought a different camera. This app is awful, slow and does not send alerts like it used to.

The cameras are great but the new version uses half of the screen to try and sell cloud and I cannot get an answer on how to remove the cloud advertisement.

Had to reset camera system for new phone, bam, can't add cameras to system anymore. Worthless. Just wasted $200 on a camera system that doesn't work...

App doesnt ket me access the settings anymore. Microphone option does not work to communicate through the camera.

pretty useless app. works for a week or two, then it doesnt let you log in again.
