I actually created a profile few days back, but couldn't login since then with error: technical issue. Now when I tried to login my profile was not there at all. So had to create new one, but now i have trust issue with this app if i deposit some amount, my profile will disappear again. Moreover, the first investment pop-out keep appearing with no x button now. Really annoying app.

Very useless app. I cant event create and account. Stuck at the password creation. It keep saying that the rules are not met but i follow the rules and even changing it so many times still stuck the and sayimg that the rules are not met. Until they resolve this problem i will uninstall this app.

Always show an error whenever I want to set up a password eventho I follow what the instructions said. When I email them (asnbcare), they just give me the same instructions which is useless because the same things keep happened. Fix you app!

The most useless app ever invented. The signup process is is such a mess. Timeout notice for every try. No matter how fast u did, still got the same error. If your developer is not ready to develop a user friendly app, then dont do it. Useless and annoying app

Very painful onboarding process. Weirdest requirements for username, password and secure phrases. Random failures when proceeding to next steps during signup. All these make it very very annoying. Hopefully the development and product team will read this and improve it.

A 1 star is considered my generosity for rating it. First, the registration of this one takes too much time too load. Second, the app crashed too easily and I have to redo the same method over and over again. Third, for some reason it had switched from 2 language that consisted of BM and English, now only BM. Overall, it's pretty much a less decent app but seriously needs to improve more with it. The overall rating for this app speaks for itself.

3rd May: Can't even upload your stupid authentication video. Need so much authentication, but you guys can't even get the basic app design right. Literally incompetent. Waste people's time and can't even register. Update 22nd May: Got pass the first step, now the app is taking forever to go to the login page. Seriously, who are the geniuses working on this app? Can't even do one simple job.

I dont use this app frequently only when I want to withdraw or add in money. But each time I wants to login it keep asking me to update or else I cannot use at all. I have even tried within a week also. Padahal updated a week ago. It is very annoying.

I have tried countless times trying to get pass the registration process but the same error keaps popping up. Please fix this problem quickly. I was informed that acquiring account statement will not be available at the bank and will be online. If this is true then the problems regarding registration process needs to be resolved promptly.

Having trouble with the registration. Error everytime and password filling is driving me nuts. Don't force people to register using app if your app is garbage. What a great way to lose potential customer with garbage application provided.

Had a terrible experience trying to register on the portal. During user & password creation, had the password verification error over & over which does make any sense. Called customer service & she said that my information is not complete, ie "bangsa" & "agama" are blanks. She advised me to go over the counter to fill those missing info. What does the missing info has anything to do with the password verification error??!! Come on PNB, PLEASE BUCK UP and resolves all these issues. MEMALUKANLAH!

The worse app ever. Just fired your entire IT team!!!! Signing up for new account, multiple attempts for password, has been followed the rules, but still all my passwords rejected. Useless app, mush useless than cimb bank apps. Your IT team should make a meeting with cimb clicks team for how to make the most useless app ever. Thank you for wasting my time.

Ton of problem when using this apps! Always keep asking to updating the bank account even though already updated. Keep on saying wrong password even it’s correct password. UI/UX also really bad & too slow. Ask your vendor to redesigned the apps.

I thought most of the review was exaggerating how terrible this app is. They aren't. This app is really terrible. This was my second day and I still can't register 😂. The app suddenly crashes with no update whatsoever whether the registration is complete or not. I am, honestly, amused by how terrible this apps really are.

I've been trying to register ASB for more than a week now. Everytime it gives me an error, either "time-out" or "v-109". Was excited to not have to go to an ASB branch during this pandemic. But seems like I still have to.

After u finished all registration, its really easy to use. At first, its tedius but its necessary precaution to ensure safety of ur account. Luckily, i had not encounter any such problems as others.U can use the auto labur to ensure automatic monthly savings into ur account.

Bloody useless app. Registration very difficult as multiple restrictions on username, secure phrases and passwords, leads you round and round. Bank account verification still hanging after 3 days, which means app cannot be used at all as you cant get past the "awaiting bank account verification" message, Useless

Registration have small problems but it all worked out in the end. Also, can't use back button to navigate back to previous page or menu.

After installing the app,I tried to register for Sign-Up for few days.It said the OTP had been sent to my phone,I didnt recieve any.Tried to resent the code,same.Used my other line,same. How am I suppose to access my acc when I cant even register? You had recieved so many bad ratings and reviews.Its time for your IT guy to step up, be more serious and resolve all the repeating technical issues faced by the ppl. My rating remains until the app manages to send me my OTP.Thanks.

Tried to sign up for the sixth time now still can't get pass through the process and my messages are full with useless OTP. One time had me waiting for ages to load even my internet connection was good, had to redo the process and said my sign up time has expired, restart all over again and tried to verify my ID then there was an error and now I can't register at all. What even is this app? The worst experience I can get for an app.

The worst app experience ever. Every time need to update and reset saved password. When password is wrong automatically blocked and have to go visit branch to reaccess own account. Whatever it is you are paying your app development team now, just cut their salary in half.

ID verified , then can proceed to create acciunt.. but when click sign up the same process again, must give new bank account each time.. what is this??.. why dont the system automatic create account after ID verifications?? Then we can just continue with password & so on. The rating is low,.. why dont u improved?

I have resgistered using ASNB 4 days ago with so many errors..but manage to pull it through. Last stage was to verify bank account numbers and until now I havent received any text message regarding my approval. Please remove the app waste of time and no improvement regardless of multiple feedback from users.

Stuck at password part for an hour when sign up. Made up various passwords to try which does not contian any letter from my name or username, does not contian any number from my IC, have capital and small letter, numbers and signs, no repeated letter nor number, but still unable to create.. . Still unable to sign up.

Hahahahaaha... First I thought this apps were wrong because I can't make my password. But when I read again the instructions, security phase must be correct not password. The minimum character and number is 8 to 20. I think this is the most people make mistake during register.

I have tried hours now to try and make a secure phrase. And even though i follow all of the information and description needed. It still says i cannot use the phrases as a secure phrase. Awful experience, i have tried for hours with perhaps close to 100 attempts.

Don't know many times have to install and uninstall. After fillup certain details suddenly mention technical error & the screen missing. What kind of apps is this.

It kept failing my registration. I filled the right information but the apps keeps crashing. Now it is saying that my DOB is not the same as in my IC. I cannot login to check because the apps does not seem to have that function. So frustrating!
