This lacks A LOT of features for a business app. No control over users. No status of data usage on each individual line, (just the number the user is logged in with) you only see total data usage for plan. In general, for a business app, I gave it 1 star because it's useful for making payments. On a scale of 1-10 for administration capabilities, (where 10 is fantastic) I give it a 1. For a fortune 500 company, they should be embarrassed compared to other mobile app cellular service providers.
outdated! haven't seen this kind of garbage since the beginning of the internet era! what the hell are they thinking!!!! it doesn't work and if you do get in, it's slow, buggy, l and limited to what you can do.
Been using this for years, no problems. Quick access to pay bill, usage reports & voicemail help. This app must be set up correctly with a account pin number already in use for it to work correctly.
absolutely horrible. this app is the worst. I expect better from a giant like att in the tech industry. Not consistent with working as it should. att expects their payment on time well I expect to be able to to pay by this app and not have to call every time because the app decides not to work. don't update make a new app.
Horrible app ! The regular app is better, but of course you cant use that on the business account. No control over users and when you look up your bill pages are missing all over the place. No wonder Verizon is so popular around here !
I like looking at my bill on this app, gives excellent details for that. It does delay alot, and some things are not available for Android to find solutions when I need support.
I just want to be able to see ALL aspects of my bill, and view past bills. Now I can't even log in.
What a backdated and unusable app. With such a big phone bill you know they can afford something better. 100% worthless.
can't even log in to the app. it attempts to have me reset my pin but the pin reset page fails to work.
I agree with so many people about this app....It is GARBAGE! A company as big as ATT should put some time and money into improving an app used by their business line accounts. They should be EMBARRASSED by this product. Most of the time you can't even login, and this is their "Premier" app. What a joke!
The app just doesn't work today. Obviously has not been updated in nearly four years.
doesnt even want to let me login. says I request new pin information and I dont this happens every time i use the app
I can't even set up my pin code it keep saying they apologize there is an error..
Can easily pay Cell bill. But wish it showed acct # and profile info.
I am the not able to open this app after using it for 2 years
Standard ATT garbage. Can't even login. Says invalid username while I'm sitting here logged in on my computer with that exact username. Yahoo ATT serving up my daily dose of disappointment
Anything to do with AT&T is a worthless piece of s***
had to give one star to make rating i have NEVER been able to get this ap to work and the priemer website for business customers is not much better /;

Awful!! This has to be one of the most useless apps I've ever tried to use. Half of the time, or more, I am not even able to log in. When I am able to login I am constantly getting errors for the few functions you are allowed on the app and so many features you would expect are not even in the app!! I would give 0 stars if possible!
