This is the worst app...I was only able to log on a few times. Even then it would hang. Now I can't get logged in at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it just isn't working. I have an android and I now get a message that the app is for an older version and to check for updates but there are no updates available. Very frustrating!

app rarely does what it's designed to do, always get errors trying to view my accounts then get redirects to use a browser within the app that comes to the same issues once you manually reload axa online account views. very disappointing for an app thats supposed to help thousands of people look at the $ billions $ invested through AXA.... it would be nice if they'd update the app or allow MINT or some other investment tracker app to show account info.

App is not very good, so slow, does not work all the time and kicks me out. Not very intuitive, difficult to navigate. This is really disconcerting because I have a lot of money with them and if they cant have an app that works well, how do I know they are good stewards of my money?

What a poor excuse for an app! If they handle my money the same way, I'll be broke in no time!! It hasn't been updated since 2016. I enter my user name and password and nothing happens. I have tried this multiple times over multiple weeks with the same result. Worthless!

App hasn't been working! Can't get past the login screen. I end up accessing my account via a browser. It used to work. Please fix it!

this is the worst app on my phone. it feels like the early 2000s, it takes forever (to load webpages!) inside the app. is AXA serious about moving into the present? or should i get a different insurance provider?

App is either very slow to open or won't open at all. Disappointing.

Can't login. Very difficult to find what you're looking for. Not mobile friendly.

Poor UI/UX. toggles between native app and their website.

UPDATE: This is the only app that I know of that has not been updated in over 3 years. In addition, there are so many bugs with this app that's impossible to state all of them. What a disgrace. This is one of the worst apps ever. It is useless. The fact that it hasn't been updated in 3 years is a disgrace. Not only that, no one from AXA even reads these reviews. If they did, you would expect them to reply to some of the comments. I believe their last five star review was back in 2014.

This app is horrible. Needs an update desperately. Initial interface is somewhat ok and then changes to an awful desktop web look. Not convenient for smart phone. Also, cannot view or download e-statements. Please fix.
